The present disclosure provides a method for calibrating a rotation center based on a blade local leading-edge curve feature. The method acquires a blade local leading-edge curve feature before and after rotation, solves centroid coordinates according to maximum values in the blade local leading-edge curve features in the two times, and then solves a rotation center according to the centroid coordinates, thereby calibrating a coordinate of the rotation center. Compared with a point calibration method in the prior art, the present disclosure has a more accurate result by curve calibration and is more suitable for a real rotation center; and the method also has a more accurate blade measurement result when applied to measuring a blade cross-section curve feature.

Method for calibrating rotation center based on blade local leading-edge curve feature

The present disclosure provides a method for measuring a blade cross-section profile based on a line structured-light sensor at a high precision, including: (10) pose calibration on a line structured-light sensor; (20) calibration on a rotation axis: calibrating the rotation axis with a lateral datum plane of a blade; and (30) cross-section profile measurement on a target measured blade: establishing a global coordinate system, and converting blade cross-section curve feature data acquired by a data coordinate system to the coordinate system for splicing, thereby measuring a blade cross-section profile. The present disclosure reduces the error arising from transfer of calibration objects, reduces the rotation error because it does not involve the rotation angle of the turntable when calibrating the rotation axis and the rotation center, and reduces the translational error of the line structured-light sensor as positions for rotating the line structured-light sensor in two times are unchanged.

Method for measuring blade cross-section profile based on line structured-light sensor at high precision

An all-optical optical parametric oscillator includes a laser module, a temperature control module, a plurality of filters and a beam splitter arranged in sequence. A bulk material or waveguide material is arranged in the temperature control module. Both ends of the bulk material are provided with a first OPO cavity mirror M' and a second OPO cavity mirror M&#x2032;. Each of the first OPO cavity mirror M&#x2032; and the second OPO cavity mirror M&#x2032; is coated with a high-reflectivity film with respect to an OPO signal light and an OPO idler light, and coated with a high-transmittance film with respect to an OPO pump light, a poling fundamental frequency light and a poling frequency doubled light. The temperature of the material is changed by changing the temperature of the temperature control module to realize temperature tuning of wavelength &#x3bb;of the OPO signal light and wavelength &#x3bb;of the OPO idler light.

Disclosed herein are methods and systems for creating stereoscopic images. A left-eye view image for a stereoscopic image and an imperfect right-eye view image may be received. A smooth optical flow may be generated from the received image representing the left-eye view to the imperfect image representing the right-eye view to produce a first candidate right-eye view. Objects are identified in the imperfect image, and merged into the first candidate right-eye view image to create a right-eye view image. A stereoscopic image is created from the left-eye view image and right-eye view image.
