The present invention applies management frame defined in IEEE 802.11 standard to a wireless distribution system (WDS) mode by adding an information element (IE) into the management frame, which enables any access point (AP) in WDS to maintain IE based on its own setting and state, then send IE via the management frame for providing state of the AP under WDS mode, determine whether a physical link (i.e., a wireless link between APs) should be established therewith based on received IE, and maintain the established physical link through the wireless management frame in a real time manner. Thus, the existence and necessity of the physical link between different APs in WDS can be determined correctly.

The present invention is to provide a topology system of wireless network with dynamic balance comprising at least one subsidiary topology system of wireless network each having a plurality of access points and only one access point automatically becomes a root access point which operates on a channel different from others, and dynamically generates an unique derivative group ID different from others as the root access point linked with a wired network; other access points not linked with the wired network join one of subsidiary topology systems of wireless network according to loading and dataflow of the subsidiary topology systems of wireless network, and automatically become either a pure access point or an escape access point, dynamically generate an unique derivative group ID same as those linked with other root access points, and operate on a channel same as those linked with other root access points.

The present invention relates to a dynamic wireless meshing network system, which applies a management frame stipulated in IEEE 802.11 standard for regulating access point (AP) to a wireless distribution system (WDS) mode and adds an information element (IE) to the management frame, enabling an AP to select another AP having smaller hop count value and service hop count value to establish a wireless link therewith according to information in a hop count field and a service hop count field of the IE provided by the another AP and to determine whether a wireless link therebetween should be established according to information of real time network flow in a RunOutofVport field of the same IE for achieving the goal of establishing a dynamic wireless meshing network system with high efficiency, low loading and simple topology for supporting load balance and flow control.
