A water pump structure and a rotor thereof are provided. The water pump structure includes a housing, a rotor, a stator, and an isolation component. The rotor is disposed in the housing. The rotor includes an impeller. The impeller has a central hole, an outer edge and at least one groove. The at least one groove is in communication with the central hole. The at least one groove extends outward from an inner edge of the central hole to the outer edge of the impeller. The stator is disposed around a periphery of the rotor. The isolation component is disposed between the rotor and the stator and configured to isolate the rotor from the stator.

Water pump structure and rotor thereof

A cooling device includes a partitioning board abutting inner faces of two boards, respectively. A chamber is defined between the partitioning board and one of the two boards. Another chamber is defined between the partitioning board and another of the two boards and intercommunicates with the chamber via an intercommunication port and a backflow port of the partitioning board. A pump drives a working fluid to circulate in the two chambers. Two welding channels are formed on outer faces of the two boards and surround the two chambers, respectively. The smallest distance between a channel bottom face of each annular welding channel and the inner face of a respective board having the annular welding channel is smaller than that between the inner and outer faces of the respective board. The two boards are coupled to the partitioning board along the annular welding channels by laser welding.

Cooling device with easy-to-weld structure

A liquid cooling module includes a housing having first and second chambers filled with a working fluid and intercommunicating with each other via an intercommunicating port and a backflow port. A pump is received in the housing and is aligned with the intercommunicating port. The pump includes a stator driving an impeller to rotate, driving the working fluid to flow from the first chamber through the intercommunicating port, the stator, and the impeller. The working fluid flows through the second chamber back into the first chamber via the backflow port. An electronic device includes a casing, an electric module received in the casing and including a heat generating area, and the liquid cooling module. The liquid cooling module is disposed in the casing and is in thermal connection with the heat generating area via a heat absorbing zone of the housing aligned with the first chamber or the second chamber.

Liquid cooling module and electronic device including the same

An immersion cooling system includes a sealed tank having a chamber. A circulating layer and a working layer are respectively formed by first and second working liquids filled in the chamber and are contiguous to each other. The boiling point of the second working liquid is higher than that of the first working liquid. The density of the second working liquid is lower than that of the first working liquid. The first and second working liquids do not dissolve in each other. A circulating cooling module includes a circulating pipeline having first and second ports located in the chamber. The circulating pipeline also has a heat absorbing section and a condensation section located between the first and second ports. The heat absorbing section is located in the working layer. The first working liquid flows into the circulating pipeline from the first port and circulates in the circulating pipeline.

Immersion cooling system

A slim pump according to the present invention includes a frame, a shaft-coupling portion, a stator, and an impeller. The frame includes an interior separated by a partitioning board into a first chamber and a second chamber. A flow inlet intercommunicates with the first chamber and a flow outlet intercommunicates with the second chamber. The first chamber is intercommunicated with the second chamber via a communication hole of the partitioning board. The shaft-coupling portion is located in the frame. The stator is disposed around the shaft-coupling portion and is located within an axial extent of the first chamber. The stator is axially aligned with the communication hole. The impeller includes a plurality of blades and an inlet opening located in the second chamber. The inlet opening faces and axially aligns with the communication hole.

Slim pump

A rotor of an inner-rotor motor includes a shaft having a connecting portion. A permanent magnet is mounted around the connecting portion of the shaft. The permanent magnet includes at least one first engaging portion. At least one coupling member includes a through-hole. The shaft extends through the through-hole. The at least one coupling member includes a second engaging portion engaged with the at least one first engaging portion of the permanent magnet.

A cooling system for a hand-held electronic device includes a casing including a compartment, at least one air inlet in communication with the compartment, and at least one air outlet in communication with the compartment. A wind driving assembly is mounted in the compartment and includes a frame, a package, and a thermally conductive cover. The thermally conductive cover engages with the frame and the package. An impeller is rotatably arranged in the frame having an outlet hole adjacent to the at least one air outlet. The package receives at least one electronic element that generates heat during operation. The thermally conductive cover includes an inlet hole in communication with an interior of the frame. An air channel is formed between the thermally conductive cover and an interior wall face of the casing. The at least one air inlet intercommunicates with the inlet hole via the air channel.

Cooling system for a hand-held electronic device

An air exchange device includes: an air-guiding tube having a first end and a second end opposite to each other, with the first end having a first inlet and a first outlet, and with the second end having a second inlet and a second outlet; a partition arranged inside the air-guiding tube to divide the inside of the air-guiding tube into a first air-guiding space communicating with the first and second inlets and a second air-guiding space communicating with the first and second outlets; a first filter arranged in a position adjacent to the first inlet; a second filter arranged in a position adjacent to the second inlet; and at least one fan adapted to draw and expel air and combined with the air-guiding tube. Bores of meshes of the first filter are larger than bores of meshes of the second filter.

Air exchange device

A lamp comprises a housing, an inner shell, a fan, a heat sink and a lighting module. The housing has a first compartment and a first opening on an end thereof. The inner shell is adapted to be received in the first compartment and has a second compartment and a second opening on an end thereof, wherein the second opening is aligned with the first opening. An air channel is formed between the housing and the inner shell in the first compartment. The inner shell further comprises a through-hole allowing the first compartment to communicate with the second compartment. The fan is located adjacent to the through-hole and has two air-flowing sides for drawing air in and out of the lamp. The heat sink has a bottom plate with one face facing the fan. The lighting module is adapted to be coupled to another face of the bottom plate.

Lamp with air channel

A heat dissipating system includes a housing having a compartment divided into first and second air channels by a partitioning board. The partitioning board includes an opening through which the first air channel is in communication with the second air channel. A driving unit is mounted in the first air channel. The driving unit includes a rotating shaft extending through the opening into the second air channel. A first impeller is mounted in the first air channel, coupled to the rotating shaft, and aligned with the opening. A second impeller is mounted in the second air channel, coupled to the rotating shaft, and aligned with the opening. The first and second impellers mounted in the first and second air channels are driven by the driving unit to simultaneously dissipate heat generated by electronic elements in the first and second air channels while having a simplified structure.

Heat dissipating system

A lamp includes a housing, a heat sink, a cooling fan and a light-emitting module. The housing has an assembling opening and an electrical connection member on two ends thereof, wherein the housing further comprises an inner wall and a portion of the inner wall adjacent to the assembling opening is an air-guiding wall. The heat sink has a base plate disposed at the assembling opening of the housing, wherein the base plate has at least one partitioning board defining an air channel of the heat sink. A first air-guiding opening is formed between the air-guiding wall and the at least one partitioning board, and a second air-guiding opening is formed between the air channel and the air-guiding wall. The cooling fan is coupled with the heat sink and has an impeller. The light-emitting module is coupled with the base plate of the heat sink.

Lamp

A fan comprises a housing, a fan, a heat sink, and a light emitting element. The housing has a compartment and forms an opening. The fan is mounted inside the compartment of the housing and has a frame and an impeller mounted inside the frame. A first air-guiding channel is formed between a peripheral surface of the frame and an inner peripheral surface of the housing. The heat sink is coupled to the fan and has a first surface and a second surface, with the first surface facing the impeller. Also, a second air-guiding channel is formed between an outer periphery of the heat sink and an inner surface of the frame. The light-emitting element is disposed on the second surface of the heat sink. In such arrangement, used components and structural complexity of the lamp can be significantly reduced so as to be convenient in assemblage.
