The present disclosure provides an inductance detection method includes steps of: (a) acquiring a stator resistance of the reluctance motor; (b) injecting a high-frequency sinusoidal signal in the d-axis or q-axis direction; (c) injecting an align signal command in the q-axis or d-axis direction; (d) receiving a dq-axes signal generated through injecting the high-frequency sinusoidal signal and the align signal command; (e) sampling a motor feedback signal generated through receiving the dq-axes signal; (f) in the direction of injecting the high-frequency sinusoidal signal, calculating an amplitude difference between the high-frequency sinusoidal signal and the motor feedback signal, and adjusting an amplitude of the high-frequency sinusoidal signal according to the amplitude difference for regulating a feedback amplitude of the motor feedback signal; and (g) when the feedback amplitude reaching an expected amplitude, calculating an apparent inductance of the reluctance motor based on the dq-axes signal, the motor feedback signal and the stator resistance.

A control device for controlling a rotary electric machine, the control device includes a current command unit, a voltage conversion device, a current conversion device, a signal demodulation device, an error compensation unit, an adding device and a position estimation device. The current command unit provides a d-axis current command and a q-axis current command. The current conversion device converts a current of the rotary electric machine to a synchronous reference coordinate current. The signal demodulation device computes a current variation of a high-frequency synchronous reference coordinate current. The error compensation device outputs a first correction value. The adding device adds the current variation of the high-frequency synchronous reference coordinate current and the first correction value to generate a second correction value. Based on the second correction value, the position estimation device adjusts a phase estimation value for the current conversion device and the voltage conversion device.

A motor control method includes the following steps: receiving a frequency command and an excitation current setting value as a motor speed command; running a magnetic flux calculation program to generate a magnetic flux voltage command; generating a synchronous coordinate voltage command, and providing a three-phase current to a sensorless motor; calculating a synchronous coordinate feedback current based on the three-phase current, and calculating an effective current value of three-phase current; calculating a reactive power feedback value based on synchronous coordinate voltage command and the synchronous coordinate feedback current; running a steady state calculation program to calculate a reactive power command based on frequency command and the effective current value; calculating a reactive power error value between the reactive power command and the reactive power feedback value; and adding magnetic flux voltage command and reactive power error value to adjust synchronous coordinate voltage command and change three-phase current.

Motor control device and motor control method

A phase sequence adjustment system includes a power conversion circuit and a control circuit. The power conversion circuit is connected to a main power supply with a phase sequence. The control circuit respectively provides a first and a second excitation signals to the power conversion circuit, so as to short the power conversion circuit with the main power supply twice. The control circuit includes a current detection circuit and a control unit. The current detection circuit obtains two current signals respectively during two short-circuit operations. The control unit calculates two current phase angles respectively according to these two current signals and determines whether the phase sequence is positive or negative accordingly. The control unit selects one from the two current phase angles, calculates a voltage phase angle of the main power and a phase angle difference there-between to adjust a feedback phase sequence accordingly.

Phase sequence adjustment system and phase sequence adjustment method

A control method for controlling a synchronous motor includes calculating d-axis and q-axis current commands according to a frequency command and frequency of the synchronous motor by a MTPA control unit; when a feedback output voltage of the synchronous motor is larger than a control level, outputting a flux-weakening current command by a voltage control unit; calculating a flux-weakening current feed-forward value according to the frequency, a target level and the q-axis current command by a feed-forward control unit; when the sum of the flux-weakening current command and the flux-weakening current feed-forward value is smaller than the d-axis current command, adjusting the d-axis current command by the sum of the flux-weakening current command and the flux-weakening current feed-forward value; and outputting d-axis and q-axis voltage commands according to the adjusted d-axis current command and the q-axis current command to control the synchronous motor.

Synchronous motor control circuit and control method

A method for measuring a resistance and an inductance of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) in a static state includes inputting a rated current of the PMSM and 150% of the rated current at a state of locking an axle of the PMSM, recording corresponding voltages V% and V%, and dividing the voltage difference with the current difference to obtain the resistance of the PMSM. The method continues dividing an electrical period into six voltage vectors, and performing four voltage cycles for every the voltage vector. The voltage cycle includes step of outputting a quarter of the voltage V%, and outputting the voltage V% after the current being stable. After one of the six voltage vectors being finished, the method switches to the other voltage vectors and repeats the voltage cycles, and the method is completed till all of the six voltage vectors being finished. Finally, the method continues to compare rising times of the voltage vectors and convert the rising times to inductances, and to define the maximum of the inductances as an inductance of a q axis and to define the minimum of the inductances as an inductance of a d axis.
