Telescopic robotic arm

Strain relief trenches may be formed in a substrate prior to growth of an epitaxial layer on the substrate. The trenches may reduce the stresses and strains on the epitaxial layer that occur during the epitaxial growth process due to differences in material properties (e.g., lattice mismatches, differences in thermal expansion coefficients, and/or the like) between the epitaxial layer material and the substrate material. The stress and strain relief provided by the trenches may reduce or eliminate cracks and/or other types of defects in the epitaxial layer and the substrate, may reduce and/or eliminate bowing and warping of the substrate, may reduce breakage of the substrate, and/or the like. This may increase the center-to-edge quality of the epitaxial layer, may permit epitaxial layers to be grown on larger substrates, and/or the like.

Strain relief trenches for epitaxial growth

A modular telescopic arm by motor control includes a knuckle module, a telescopic module, an outer sleeve module and an inner sleeve module. The telescopic module is disposed to one end of the knuckle module. The telescopic module includes a ball screw assembly. The ball screw assembly has a screw shaft, and a nut disposed around the screw shaft. The nut is able to slide along the screw shaft. The outer sleeve module is mounted around the one end of the knuckle module. The screw shaft is longitudinally mounted in the outer sleeve module. The inner sleeve module is disposed to the one end of the knuckle module, and the inner sleeve module surrounds a part of the telescopic module. The outer sleeve module surrounds the inner sleeve module. One end of the inner sleeve module is fastened around the nut.

Modular telescopic arm by motor control

A modular telescopic rotation arm by motor control includes a fastening element, a first knuckle module, a first flange, a telescopic module, an outer sleeve module and an inner sleeve module. The first knuckle module is disposed in one end of the fastening element. One end of the first flange is connected to one end of the first knuckle module. The telescopic module is partially disposed in the fastening element. The telescopic module includes a second knuckle module. The second knuckle module is disposed in the fastening element. The outer sleeve module is connected to the first flange, and the telescopic module is partially surrounded by the outer sleeve module. The inner sleeve module is surrounded by the outer sleeve module.

Modular telescopic rotation arm by motor control

A multi-axis robot arm includes a pedestal, a plurality of knuckle modules and at least one telescopic arm module. Two ends of two adjacent knuckle modules close to and facing each other have a first connecting structure and a second connecting structure, respectively. The at least one telescopic arm module includes a telescopic tube and a telescopic shaft. One end of the telescopic tube is fastened to the first connecting structure. A surface of the other end of the telescopic tube faces towards the second connecting structure. One end of the telescopic shaft facing towards the first connecting structure projects into the telescopic tube. The other end of the telescopic shaft is fastened to the second connecting structure. The one end of the telescopic shaft is telescopically connected with and fastened in the telescopic tube.

Multi-axis robot arm

A multi-axis robotic arm includes a pedestal, a plurality of knuckle module and at least one detachable arm module. One of the plurality of the knuckle modules is connected with the pedestal. Two knuckle modules are connected to a first connecting element and a second connecting element. The first connecting element has a first docking portion, and the second connecting element has a second docking portion. The first docking portion and the second docking portion are detachably docked with each other by a plurality of fasteners. The at least one arm module have a third docking portion and a fourth docking portion. The third docking portion is detachably docked with the first docking portion by the plurality of the fasteners. The fourth docking portion is detachably docked with the second docking portion by the plurality of the fasteners.

A wireless communication device using a reduced cable set includes a power supply module, a rotation module, and a communication module. The rotation module includes jack connector with first power and data pins. The communication module is rotatably connected to the power supply module by the rotation module. The communication module includes a plug connector with second power and data pins. Each first power pin is connected to one second power pin to connect the power supply module and the communication module. Each first data pin is connected to one second data pin for transmitting data between the power supply module and the communication module.

Wireless network device

The present disclosure relates to a MEMS package having an outgassing element configured to adjust a pressure within a hermetically sealed cavity by inducing outgassing of into the cavity, and an associated method. In some embodiments, the method is performed by forming an outgassing element within a passivation layer over a CMOS substrate and forming an outgassing resistive layer to cover the outgassing element. The outgassing resistive layer is removed from over the outgassing element, and the MEMS substrate is bonded to a front side of the CMOS substrate to enclose a first MEMS device within a first cavity and a second MEMS device within a second cavity. After removing the outgassing resistive layer, the outgassing element releases a gas into the second cavity to increase a second pressure of the second cavity to be greater than a first pressure of the first cavity.
