A reclaiming agent is formed by grafting thiol groups onto styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR). The reclaiming agent has a weight average molecular weight of 1000 to 120000, which can be a random copolymer or a block copolymer. 100 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene rubber can be reacted with 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of the reclaiming agent to form a reclaimed rubber.

Reclaiming agent and reclaimed rubber

A depolymerizer is formed by grafting thiol groups on parts of the double bonds of a polymer of linear conjugated diene monomer. The linear conjugated diene monomer can be 1,3-butadiene, isoprene, 1,3-pentadiene, 2,3-dimethyl-1,3-butadiene, 2-methyl-1,3-pentadiene, 2,3-dimethyl-1,3-pentadiene, 2-phenyl-1,3-butadiene, or 4,5-diethyl-1,3-octadiene. The depolymerizer has a weight average molecular weight of 1000 to 400000.

A method of forming a film is provided, which includes providing a sheet from a polyamide composition; and biaxial stretching of the sheet to form a film, wherein the polyamide composition includes a blend of a first polyamide and a second polyamide. Polyamide composition and film and method for manufacturing the same

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a film. 50 wt % to 85 wt % of a first polyester and 50 wt % to 15 wt % of a second polyester are dried and mixed to form a mixture. The first polyester is polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), or combinations thereof. The second polyester is copolymerized of 1 part by mole of terephthalic acid, m parts by mole of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (1,4-CHDM), n parts by mole of 1,3-cyclohexanedimethanol (1,3-CHDM), and o parts by mole of ethylene glycol (EG). m+n+o=1, 0&#x2264;o&#x2264;0.4, 0.6&#x2264;m+n&#x2264;1, and 0.06&#x2264;n/m&#x2264;1.31. The mixture is melted and blended to form a polyester composition, which is extruded to form a sheet. The sheet is then biaxially stretched to obtain a film. The biaxially stretched film is then treated with a thermal setting.

Polyester composition, electronic device, and method of forming film

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a polyester film with low thermal expansion. 95 wt % to 55 wt % of crystalline polyester and 5 wt % to 45 wt % of amorphous polyester are mixed. The blend is then melt extruded to form a sheet. The sheet is then biaxially stretched to obtain a film. The biaxially stretched film is then treated with a heat-setting procedure.

Polyester films with low thermal expansion and methods for manufacturing the same

A polyester film is described, including a first polyester and a second polyester. The weight ratio of the first polyester to the second polyester ranges from 1:1 to 1:3. The glass transition temperature of the first polyester is higher than 140&#xb0; C. and that of the second polyester is lower than 140&#xb0; C.

Polyester film and method of fabricating the same

Disclosed is an amorphous copolyester polymerized of a diacid and diols. The diacid is selected from a group consisting of terephthalic acid, 5-tert-butylisophthalic acid, and dimethyl 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate. The diols are selected at least two from a group consisting of ethylene glycol, 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediol, and tricyclodecanedimethanol. The molar ratio of the tricyclodecanedimethanol is 30% to 95% of the diols.
