A method and an electronic apparatus for displaying reference locations for locating ECG pads and a recording medium using the method are provided. In the method, a body image is retrieved and a skin area in accordance with a skin color in the body image is detected. A feature analysis is performed on the skin area to detect two physical nipples and obtain locations of the two physical nipples in the body image. The relative locations of a plurality of ECG pads to one or two nipples predefined by medical statistics are retrieved to compute reference locations of the ECG pads in the body image according to the locations of the two physical nipples. Finally, the body image is displayed on the display and the reference locations of the ECG pads in the displayed body image are indicated.

A test strip analyser is provided. The test strip analyser includes a frame, a test control module and an optical system. The test control module is disposed in the frame and includes a test strip carrier of a plurality of test strip carriers and a sample container of a plurality of sample containers. The test strip carrier is disposed on the frame and adapted to hold a test strip. The sample container is adapted to contain a sample. The optical system is disposed above the frame and the test control module and includes a light sensor and controller. The light sensor is configured to capture an image of the test strip. The controller is connected to the light sensor to control the light sensor, and the light sensor feedbacks the image to the controller. In addition, an analysing method using the same is also provided.

The wearable device includes a device body, a measurement circuit, and a measurement trigger interface. The measurement circuit is disposed on the device body and adapted to perform a physiological information measurement operation to measure a physiological signal and generate physiological information accordingly. The measurement trigger interface is triggered to generate a measurement trigger signal. The measurement circuit performs the physiological information measurement operation in response to the measurement trigger signal.

A hybrid detection apparatus including a detection device and a functional circuit is provided. The detection device is configured to execute a first detection function, so as to obtain first detection information. The functional circuit is suitable to be removably connected to the detection device. When the functional circuit is connected to the detection device, the detection device controls the functional circuit for performing a second detection function, so as to obtain second detection information. One of the first and the second detection functions is an image capturing function, and another one of the first and the second detection functions is a temperature detection function.

The disclosure provides a method, electronic device, and computer-readable storage medium for monitoring breathing activity. The method includes the following steps. A time series of incoming frames of a monitored subject is received and each incoming frame is spitted into multiple blocks, where each block of the time series of incoming frames with a same position forms a time series of incoming blocks. A motion vector of each block is computed and projected onto multiple non-parallel axes to be assigned a sign. The projected motion vectors of each time series of incoming blocks with respect to each axis are respectively merged into a corresponding 1D waveform and converted into a frequency domain, and an observe area is located accordingly. A breathing frequency of the monitored subject corresponding to the observe area is determined and whether or not the monitored subject is breathing abnormally is thereby determined.

A test apparatus including a cassette main body, a test strip and a pressurizing assembly is provided. The cassette main body has a sample entrance. The test strip is disposed in the cassette main body, and the sample entrance of the cassette main body exposes a sample collecting region of the test strip. The pressurizing assembly is detachably combined to the cassette main body, and is adapted to exert a pressure on a liquid sample located at the sample entrance, such that the liquid sample enters the sample collecting region, and reacts with the test strip to display a test result. The test apparatus is able to implement quick and convenience test, by which a complicated pre-processing of a test sample is omitted to save a time and test cost.

A multi-focal length range image capturing device including a device body, an image capturing circuit, and a processing circuit is provided. The image capturing circuit performs image capturing based on a focal length setting value and generates an image signal. The processing circuit controls the image capturing circuit to be operated in one of plural image capturing modes. A camera device is provided. The camera device includes a flash unit, an image capture module, and a controller. The flash unit generates a preset flash with a predetermined Correlated Color Temperature value to illuminate an object, and the image capture module captures a test image from the object when the preset flash illuminates the object. The controller determines an adjusted CCT value according to a color difference between the test image and a predetermined color. When the controller has determined the adjusted CCT value, the flash unit generates an adjusted flash with the adjusted CCT value to illuminate the object. When the adjusted flash illuminates the object, the image capture module captures an adjusted image.

The housing has a first surface and an opaque layer disposed under the first surface, the opaque layer having a first aperture and a second aperture. The switchable layer is disposed between the optical element and the second aperture and overlapping the second aperture, wherein the switchable layer is capable of being switched between a substantially opaque state and a substantially transparent state. A handheld electronic apparatus, an image capturing apparatus and focusing method thereof are provided. The image capturing apparatus includes a main image capturer, an auxiliary image capturer and a controller. The main image capturer performs an image capturing operation on a target object according to a detection focusing distance. The auxiliary image capturer is disposed adjacent to the main image capturer. The auxiliary image capturer performs a plurality of focusing operations on the target object according to a plurality of focusing distances, and generates a plurality of image contrast values. The controller controls the main image capturer and the auxiliary image capturer. The controller selects one of the focusing distances to be the detection focusing distance according to the image contrast values.

Handheld electronic apparatus and image capturing apparatus and focusing method thereof

An image processing apparatus includes a camera module, first and second pixel extraction interfaces, an image processing module, and a focus controller. The camera module includes a lens, a sensor aligned with the lens along a direction, and a focus actuator connected to the lens. The first and the second pixel extraction interfaces are connected to the sensor to acquire a first image at a first frame rate and a second image at a second frame rate, respectively; the second frame rate is greater than the first frame rate. The image processing module determines depth information according to the second image, receives the first image and outputs a corresponding image file. The focus controller is connected between the image processing module and the focus actuator to drive the focus actuator according to the depth information and to adjust a relative distance between the sensor and the lens.
