A method for establishing visual images of models of battery status transforms data of one or more characteristic parameters collected in a period of time into multiple images composed by normalized pixels corresponding to the data. The multiple images are superimposed with one another to form variant image(s) with variant areas and further moving trends of the variant areas. The visualization of data and superimposition of the visualized images facilitates correlation and variation analysis among characteristic parameters of the battery module. The present invention transform data analysis to image analysis, and therefore, the present invention facilitates following analysis and model training, which can adapt to environmental changes, and indicate battery status and battery events efficiently and accurately.

Method of establishing visual images of models of battery status

A power consumption reduction method controls a rechargeable battery to enter a sleep mode after the electronic system is shutdown with the output current of the rechargeable battery falling under a first current value or the rechargeable battery is in a non-communication status for over a first delay time. When in the sleep mode, a control unit further controls the rechargeable battery to enter a power saving mode when the output voltage of the rechargeable battery falls under a predefined voltage or the RSOC of the rechargeable battery is lower than a percentage of FCC, and the output current of the rechargeable battery falls under a second current value or the rechargeable battery is in the non-communication status for over a second delay time. The method shuts down all power-consuming circuits and components under long-time idling of the battery, capable of preventing overly discharging and malfunction of the rechargeable battery.

Power consumption reduction method for a stored battery

A battery charging method is provided for extending life of batteries. The method includes providing an appropriate charge-off voltage with respect to variation in both of a remaining capacity and an idle time of the battery. Further, the charge-off voltage may vary according to the remaining capacity and the idle time of the battery, so as to increase charging efficiency of the battery. Additionally, the present invention also provides adjusting a charge-off current to a value according to the variation in an actual capacity of the battery.

Battery charging method

A printed circuit board (PCB), which can be implemented on a battery set, having a plurality of soldering holes thereon. A soldering portion and a non-soldering portion are separately arranged around each of the soldering holes on both surfaces of the PCB. Each corresponding conductive stick can respectively pierce each soldering hole and be fixed to each soldering portion of the PCB with the fused solder or move from the soldering portion to the non-soldering portion in the soldering hole. Thus, this invention provides a convenient and efficient way for assembling the PCB on the battery set or disassembling the PCB apart from the battery set.
