An electrically operated valve, comprising a valve body component, a drive component and a nut sleeve piece. The drive component comprises a magnetic rotor, a screw rod and a nut, the magnetic rotor being arranged in an inner cavity of a valve cover body, the screw rod being threadedly connected to the nut, the screw rod being incapable of movement in the axial direction with respect to a valve body. The nut sleeve piece comprises a first limiting portion which limits rotation of the nut in the circumferential direction, the cross-section of the first limiting portion being non-circular. A compact structure, which helps to reduce the size of the electrically operated valve.

Direct action type electrically operated valve

Provided is an electric valve and a manufacturing method thereof. The electric valve includes a valve body member, a valve seat member, a transmission member, a valve core member and a nut. The valve core member includes an upper tubular body including a first cavity, a valve core body and a connecting member. The valve core body is roughly in a round tubular shape and includes an annular thin wall portion and a second cavity. The connecting member includes a first axial through hole, and the upper end portion of the connecting member includes a lower stop portion. The annular thin wall portion is capable of abutting against a sealing portion of the valve seat member. A lower end portion of the nut is engageable with the lower stop portion to limit downward movement of the nut.

An electronic expansion valve includes a valve seat component, including a valve seat and a valve core seat; and a valve rod component, capable of axially moving along a core cavity of the valve core seat to open or close a valve port. The screw rod is fitted and connected to a nut by means of threads. The nut is connected to a spool. Axial positions of a rotor of the motor and the valve base are relatively fixed. The upper end of the screw rod is fixedly connected to the rotor. Driven by the nut, the spool moves along the axial direction of the valve cavity to open or close a valve opening disposed on the valve base. The spool is a tubular structure provided with a balancing channel, and a seal piece for dividing the valve cavity into two independent cavities is disposed on the periphery of the spool.

An electronic expansion valve comprising a screw rod and a motor provided with an output shaft. The output shaft is transmissively connected to the screw rod via a gear system. The gear system is supported on a gear base. The screw rod passes through the gear base. The electronic expansion valve also comprises a valve base provided with valve cavity and a motor housing arranged on the exterior of the motor. The gear base is further arranged within the valve cavity. The upper end part of the valve base is further connected to the lower end part of the motor housing. The structural design of the electronic expansion valve reduces the number of sealed parts for same, thus effectively lowering the probability of leakage and simplifying the assembly structure thereof.

A flow regulating valve includes a valve seat and a shell connected to the valve seat, a motor is provided in the shell, and the motor is connected to a screw rod. The screw rod is connected with a nut in a thread cooperation manner, the nut is connected with a valve rod, and the valve rod is movable in an axial direction to regulate an opening degree of a valve port on the valve seat. The whole of the nut or a lower portion of the nut is in clearance fit with the mounting groove in the valve rod in a radial direction. An internal wall of the mounting groove is provided with an annular position limiting groove, in which a position limiting component is provided. The design of the flow regulating valve is able to eliminate the coaxiality error between the screw rod and the screw nut.

Disclosed in the present invention is an electronic expansion valve, which comprises a valve seat assembly () and a valve housing assembly () connected to the valve seat assembly (). A flow control valve comprises a valve seat () having a valve port () in its valve chamber and a valve rod () opening or closing the valve port (). A sleeve protrusion part () projects upward from the valve port () in an axial direction thereof. The valve rod () is tubular and is cylindrical at the lower end. An open slot () matching with a flow curve is provided in the circumferential side wall of one of the sleeve protrusion part () and the lower end of the valve rod (). One of the sleeve protrusion part () and the lower end of valve rod () is inserted into or extracted from the other to disconnect or connect the open slot () with the valve port (). The structural design of the flow control valve can balance the refrigerant pressure on the valve rod () in the axial direction while ensuring that the required flow curve can be obtained.

Embodiments of the invention provide an electronic expansion valve, including a magnetic rotor and a screw rod, and further including an output shaft. The magnetic rotor is surroundingly provided on the output shaft, and the output shaft is slidably connected to the screw rod in an axial direction and drivably connected to the screw rod in a circumferential direction. Since the output shaft is slidably connected to the screw rod in an axial direction and drivably connected to the screw rod in a circumferential direction, the magnetic rotor does not subject to an axial force transmitted by the screw rod and rotates flexibly.
