A fan management system includes a fan and a server. The fan includes a driving circuit, and the driving circuit is configured for driving the fan. The fan operates in an operation mode. The server is connected to the fan and is configured for controlling the operation of the fan. The driving circuit outputs a digital label signal when the fan operates abnormally, and the server obtains a production history, an operation information and a warning message of the fan through the digital label signal. The server adjusts the operation mode of the fan according to the warning message simultaneously.

Fan management system and method

A fan motor braking apparatus and a method of controlling the same provide a braking protection before the fan motor revolves. The fan motor braking apparatus includes a conversion circuit, a braking enable circuit, a braking release circuit, and a fan motor startup circuit. The conversion circuit has a plurality of power switch elements electrically connected to the fan motor. The braking enable circuit is connected to the conversion circuit and the braking release circuit is connected to the braking enable circuit. The fan motor startup circuit receives an external DC voltage. The braking enable circuit generates a braking control signal to turn on the power switch elements when the braking enable circuit receives the external DC voltage, thus braking the fan motor.

Fan motor braking apparatus and method of controlling the same

A bi-power motor controlling apparatus, which is electrically connected with a motor, includes a driver IC having a first pin and a second pin. The first and second pins are used to receive a first power and a second power, respectively, from outside. The second power is supplied to the driver IC, and the first power is supplied to the motor for controlling the rotational speed of the motor.

Bi-power motor controlling apparatus

A fan system including a motor, a driving unit, and a detector is disclosed. The driving unit is electrically connected to the motor and generates a driving signal to drive the motor and a detection signal. The detector is electrically connected to an output terminal of the driving unit and receives a voltage signal and the detection signal. When the motor operates normally, the detector outputs an examined signal to the output terminal of the driving unit. When the motor operates abnormally, the driving unit asserts the detection signal, and the detector is controlled by the asserted detection signal to transform the examined signal to an alarm signal according to the voltage signal to detect the abnormal state.

A fan system comprising a first switch, a second switch, a coil, and a drive device. The drive device comprises a third switch and a fourth switch. The third switch, the fourth switch, the first switch, the second switch and the coil form a bridge connection.

Fan systems

A control device of a fan system, which has at least one fan, receives a starting voltage. The control device includes a start controlling unit and a driving unit. The start controlling unit receives the starting voltage and outputs a start controlling signal according to the starting voltage. After a predetermined period, the start controlling unit stops sending the start controlling signal. The driving unit is electrically connected to the start controlling unit and the fan, respectively. The driving unit receives the start controlling signal for controlling the rotation speed of the fan.

Fan system and its control device and control method

A thermal control variable-speed circuit without switching noise is connected with a driving circuit, which controls the rotation speed of a fan motor using a driving voltage. The thermal control variable-speed circuit includes a reference voltage output circuit and a driving voltage control circuit. The reference voltage output circuit outputs a corresponding reference voltage signal according to ambient temperature changes. The reference voltage output circuit has one end connected to a first resistor in series and to a second resistor in parallel. The driving voltage control circuit outputs a corresponding driving voltage according to the magnitude of the reference voltage signal.
