A display panel, including a circuit substrate, a light emitting diode, and a reflective layer, is provided. The light emitting diode includes a light emitting layer and first and second semiconductor layers. The light emitting layer is located between the first and second semiconductor layers. The second semiconductor layer is located between the first semiconductor layer and the circuit substrate. The reflective layer is in contact with a part of a side surface of the light emitting diode. A part of the reflective layer is located between the light emitting diode and the circuit substrate. Taking a direction perpendicular to a top surface of the circuit substrate as a height direction, a horizontal height of a top surface of the reflective layer is located between a horizontal height of a top surface of the light emitting layer and a horizontal height of a top surface of the light emitting diode.

Display panel and manufacturing method thereof

A transparent display panel with driving electrode regions, circuit wiring regions, and optically transparent regions is provided. The driving electrode regions are arranged into an array in a first direction and a second direction. An average light transmittance of the circuit wiring regions is less than ten percent, and an average light transmittance of the optically transparent regions is greater than that of the driving electrode regions and the circuit wiring regions. The first direction intersects the second direction. The circuit wiring regions connect the driving electrode regions at intervals, such that each optically transparent region spans among part of the driving electrode regions. The transparent display panel includes first signal lines and second signal lines extending along the circuit wiring regions, and each circuit wiring region is provided with at least one of the first signal lines and at least one of the second signal lines.

Transparent display panel

A backlight module includes a light source array, a reflector module, and an optical film. The light source array includes a plurality of light sources. The light emitted from the light source can be refracted by the lens unit to obtain a specific light-output angle and uniformity. The reflector module includes a plurality of reflector units. Each reflector unit includes a flat portion, a first wall portion, and a corner wall portion, which have structures and arrangements designed to enable the light source to achieve a display effect of less shadows and better contrast.

A display device includes a display module emitting collimated light along a propagation direction and an adjustment panel disposed on the display module. The adjustment panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a medium layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, a first electrode layer disposed on the first substrate, and a second electrode layer disposed on the second substrate and facing the first electrode layer. The medium layer includes a first medium. When the adjustment panel is in a first enabled state, a voltage difference exists between the first substrate and the second substrate to form an electric field distribution. At least one equivalent dioptric structure is formed in the medium layer according to the electric field distribution. At least part of the collimated light passes through the equivalent dioptric structure and emits along a predetermined light emitting direction deflected from the propagation direction.

Display device having design of adjustable light intensity direction

A display module includes a backlight module, a liquid crystal layer disposed on the backlight module, and a first light-expanding layer disposed on the liquid crystal layer. The backlight module provides a surface light source. The surface light source forms an image light through the liquid crystal layer, and the first light-expanding layer increases the viewing angle range of the image light along a first direction. The first light-expanding layer substantially extends along a virtual plane, the first direction is perpendicular to the normal of the virtual plane, and a second direction is perpendicular to the first direction and the normal of the virtual plane. The light intensity at the 60-degree viewing angle of the surface light source along the first direction is lower than the light intensity at the 60-degree viewing angle of the surface light source along the second direction.

Display module

A display device includes a display panel and a backlight module disposed under the display panel. The display panel has a display area and a light-blocking layer disposed around the display area. The backlight module includes a plurality of light sources, a reflector disposed corresponding to the light sources, an optical modulation film disposed above the light sources and the reflector, a diffusion member sandwiched between the reflector and the optical modulation film, and a diffusion plate disposed on one side of the optical modulation film opposite to the diffusion member, wherein the optical modulation film is sandwiched between the diffusion plate and the diffusion member, and the diffusion member has a transmittance of 65%&#x2dc;85%.

Display device and backlight module thereof

A backlight module includes a plurality of light emitting elements and a plurality of lens structures. Each light emitting element has a light emitting surface. The plurality of lens structures covers each light emitting element. Each lens structure has a light exit surface having a curved shape. The light exit surface has a vertex and a focal point located between the vertex and the light emitting element. The distance between the focal points of two adjacent lens structures is a first distance, and each light emitting element has a light emitting width. The ratio of the first distance to the light emitting width is greater than or equal to 10.

Backlight module and display device

A backlight module including a light output module, a first prism sheet, and a second prism sheet is provided. The light output module has a light output surface. The first prism sheet is disposed on the light output surface of the light output module. The first prism sheet has a plurality of first prism structures extending in a first extending direction. The porous optical film has a central region and a peripheral region surrounding the central region, the central region is disposed corresponding to the light source, and an area of the central portion is A. The wavelength conversion optical layer is located between the light source and the porous optical film, and a vertical projection area of the wavelength conversion optical film is B, where 0.49&#x2264;A/B&#x2264;5.

A light source module including a substrate, a plurality of light source, and a first three-dimensional optical control structure is provided. The substrate includes a periphery region and a middle region. The plurality of light sources is disposed on the substrate. The first three-dimensional optical control structure is located in the periphery region of the substrate and located above the plurality of light sources. The first three-dimensional optical control structure covers one of the plurality of light sources. The light generated by the light sources passes through the first three-dimensional optical control structure and is emitted out. The first three-dimensional optical control structure has an asymmetrical shape.

Light source module

Alight source module includes a substrate, multiple light sources disposed on the substrate, and multiple three-dimensional optical control structures located above the light sources. Each optical control structure includes a top portion disposed corresponding to the light source and has multiple top light transmissive patterns, a first side portion, and a second side portion. A total area of top light transmissive patterns within a top region divided by an area of the top region is T. The first and second side portions are respectively connected to the top portion, and each has multiple side light transmissive patterns. A total area of multiple side light transmissive patterns within a side region divided by an area of the side region is S. The patterns satisfy: 0.3&#xd7;(B/A)&#x3c;S/T&#x3c;0.6&#xd7;(B/A), where A represents a width of the top portion, and B represents a distance between an optical control structure and an adjacent optical control structure.

A backlight module including a light guide plate, a plurality of point light sources and a frame is provided. The light guide plate includes a body, a positioning structure and a plurality of first micro-structures. The body has at least one light incident surface, an upper surface connected with the light incident surface, and at least one side surface connected with the light incident surface and the upper surface. The positioning structure is located on the side surface, wherein the upper surface has a first eliminating region adjacent to and surrounding the positioning structure. The first micro-structures are arranged on the upper surface except the first eliminating region. The point light sources face the light incident surface. The light guide plate is positioned in the frame by matching the positioning structure with a positioning component of the frame. A display device including the backlight module aforementioned is also provided.

Back light module

A display device includes a flexible display panel, a light module and an optical film. The flexible display panel has a first axis and curving about the first axis as an axis of curvature. The light module is located on one side of the flexible display panel. The optical film is located between the flexible display panel and the light module. The optical film includes a substrate and multiple first strip microstructures. The substrate has a first side and a second side that are opposite to each other. The first side faces the light module while the second side faces the flexible display panel. The first strip microstructures are located on the first side of the substrate, and the first strip microstructures extend along a second axis.

Display device

A battery core and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed herein. The battery core includes a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate. The first electrode plate includes a substrate and a first active material. A first portion of the first active material is formed on a first area of the substrate, and a second portion of the first active material is formed on a second area of the substrate. The second electrode plate includes first and second substrates disconnected from each other, and a second active material. The first and second substrates are positioned corresponding to the first and second first areas respectively. A first portion of the second active material is formed on the first substrate, and a second portion of the second active material is formed on the second substrate.

Battery core and method of manufacturing the same

A backlight module is disclosed, which includes plural light sources, a light guide plate, a light scattering device, a high-reflectance microstructure formed on the light guide plate, and a high-diffusion microstructure formed on the light guide plate. The light guide plate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first surface faces the light sources. The light scattering device is disposed between the light sources and the light guide plate. The high-reflectance microstructure is formed on the second surface. The high-diffusion microstructure is formed on or indented inwardly from the first surface.
