The present invention discloses a turning air mattress, a turning air cell, and a control method for a turning air mattress. With structural arrangements of an upper portion and a lower portion of the turning air cell as well as inflation and deflation control, the turning air cell having an upper portion that is wider and a lower portion that is narrower can further assist a patient in body turning, enabling the patient to easily achieve a sufficient body turning angle, further reducing the risk of likeliness to pressure sores caused by the structure of the air mattress pressing against the body of the patient.

A patient support structure includes a first supporting part, a second supporting part and a third supporting part. The first supporting part includes a first resilient member; the second supporting part includes a second resilient member; and the third supporting part is between the first supporting part and the second supporting part. The first supporting part, the second supporting part and the third supporting part together define a supporting surface extending along a longitudinal axis, and the second resilient member includes a first supporting area and a second supporting area different in supporting strength.

A gas communication device comprises a main body, at least one gas delivery pipe and a cover. The gas delivery pipe is at least partially disposed in the main body and forms a gas outlet at one end; the cover is movably pivoted to the main body and comprises at least one sealing structure for correspondingly sealing the gas outlet, wherein the cover is movable along an axis relative to the main body and away from the gas outlet so as to break the seal of the sealing structure on the gas outlet such that the cover is rotatable relative to the main body to expose the gas outlet.

A quick draining air valve comprises a first valve having an air inlet device for inputting high pressure air; a second valve having at least one channel which is extended to a surface of the second valve; a distal end of the channel extending with a tube which is connected to the air inflation tube; the second valve being connected to the first valve so that high pressure air enters into the tube through the channel and then into the air inflation tube; and a cover plate being openable, high pressure air providing by the first valve being drained out with a high speed from the second valve; by the channel of the second valve, residue air in the air inflation tube connected to the tube of the second valve is drained out from the second valve.
