A mechanism for machining a workpiece includes a fixing base, a driving member, a connecting member, a cutter, a first guiding sleeve, and a spring. The driving member is positioned above the fixing base. The connecting member is coupled to the driving member. One end of the cutter is fixed to the connecting member, and the cutter is passed through the fixing base to machine the workpiece positioned under the fixing base. The spring is positioned between the connecting member and the fixing base. The spring is compressed when the driving member drives the cutter away from the fixing base to machine the workpiece, and the spring restores to bring the cutter back toward the fixing base after the machining.

Processing mechanism

A machine control system includes an input module, a worktable, a first sliding module, a second sliding module, a lathe feeding module, a lathe tool connected to the lathe feeding module, a milling feeding module, a milling cutter connected to the milling feeding module, and a control module. The control module is electrically connected to the input module, the worktable, the first sliding module, the second sliding module, the lathe feeding module, and the milling feeding module, wherein the input module inputs control parameters into the control module to control the first sliding module and the second sliding module. The lathe feeding module controls the lathe tool to slide along a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction reciprocally, and the milling feeding module controls the milling cutter to slide along the third direction and rotate along a first axis.

A processing mechanism for machining a workpiece includes a fixing base, a driving member, a connecting member, a cutter and a spring. The driving member is positioned above the fixing base. The connecting member is coupled to the driving member. One end of the cutter is fixed to the connecting member, and the cutter can be driven to pass through the fixing base to machine the workpiece positioned under the fixing base. The spring is positioned between the connecting member and the fixing base. The spring is compressed when the driving member drives the cutter away from the fixing base to machine the workpiece, and the spring under compression biases the cutter back toward the fixing base. The disclosure also supplies a processing device using the processing mechanism.

A sliding mechanism includes a case, a sliding assembly mounted in the case and a stopping assembly. The sliding assembly includes a sliding member and a driving member supplying power for the sliding member. The stopping assembly includes a resisting portion mounted in the case, two first sliders and a pushing portion positioned on the resisting portion, and two first elastic portions. The resisting portion includes two slant surfaces. The first elastic portions resist the first sliders and the resisting portion. The first sliders are driven by the pushing portion to move along the slant surfaces of the resisting portion and away from the resisting portion, thereof compressing the first elastic portions. The first sliders are driven by the elastic forces of the first elastic portions to move along the slant surfaces and toward the sliding member, thereof clamping the sliding member.

A processing device includes a mounting base, a cutter holder, and a brake. The brake includes a driving member, a resisting member, and an elastic member. The driving member includes a main body and a driving shaft movably placed in the main body. The driving shaft is driven to move in a straight line by the main body. One end of the driving shaft is movably coupled to the cutter holder, and another end of the driving shaft is coupled to the resisting member. The elastic member is positioned between the main body and the resisting member. The driving shaft is configured to move toward one side of the driving member adjacent to the elastic member under an elastic restoring force of the elastic member, whereby the cutter holder moves with the driving shaft toward one end of the driving member adjacent to the elastic member.

The present disclosure provides a machining equipment which includes a seat, a plurality of electrodes, and a machining assembly assembled on the seat. The machining assembly includes a pole mounted on the seat, a machining tool mounted on the pole, and two protrusions formed on the pole. The pole defines a channel. Each protrusion defines an opening communicated with the channel. The two openings of the two protrusions face the machining tool.

A separating device for separating a continuous single piece of material into individual work pieces includes an supporting block, a moving assembly, a separating assembly and an controller. The supporting block defines a feeding portion for the single material to pass through. The moving assembly is connected to the feeding portion and blows into the feeding portion to push individual work pieces to move along the feeding portion. The separating assembly is positioned on the supporting block. The controller is positioned on either side of the supporting block for recording and signaling the creation of an individual work piece. When the controller signals another work piece, the first separating element presses a following work piece.

Separating device

A tool positioning and holding mechanism includes a mounting frame, a feed member, a tool support, a positioning member, an elastic member, and a blocking member. The feed member is slidably mounted on the mounting frame. The tool support is fixed on the feed member and defines a receiving hole to receive the tool. The positioning member is pivotally coupled to the tool support and partially received in the tool support. The elastic member is located between the positioning member and the tool support. The blocking member is fixed on the mounting frame and includes a pushing portion configured to resist the positioning member. The feed member can move the positioning member to allow detachment of the positioning member from the pushing portion, and upon detachment of the positioning member, the positioning member is configured to rotate under an elastic force of the elastic member to position the tool.

Tool positioning and holding mechanism

A centrifugal moisture removal device includes a rotating mechanism and a fixing mechanism. The rotating mechanism includes a rotating bracket and a rotary driving member. The rotating bracket includes two sleeving portions. The fixing mechanism includes two positioning members, two clamping members, and two line driving members. Each clamping member includes a moving staff, an elastic member, and a sensing member. A first end portion of the moving staff passes through a sleeving portion and is mounted on a positioning member. The elastic member is sleeved on the moving staff. A first end portion of the elastic member resists the sleeving portion. A second end portion of the elastic member resists a second end portion of the moving staff. Each line driving member is set above the second end portion of a moving staff. The sensing member senses when the workpiece arrives at the positioning member.

Centrifugal moisture removal device

A method for machining a metallic member to provide a finished appearance uses a lathe and a scraping process. A metallic member comprising a top portion and a peripheral sidewall is provided, the metallic member is positioned on the worktable. The worktable is rotated with the metallic member, the lathe tool moved backwards and forwards to machine the top portion of the rotary metallic member circumferentially. The lathe tool is moved by the moving device along a predetermined path relative to the worktable to machine curved surfaces of the top portion of the metallic member. The scraping cutter is moved to contact the peripheral sidewall of the metallic member. The scraping cutter is moved along a predetermined path, and the scraping cutter is fed the metallic member to achieve the required shape and finish.

Method for machining metallic member using lathing and scraping

A welding device for welding and transmitting belts includes a feeding mechanism, a positioning mechanism, a welding mechanism, and a control unit. The feeding mechanism is used for storing and transmitting the belts to the positioning mechanism. The positioning mechanism receives and positions the belts. The welding mechanism includes a cylinder assembly and a welding assembly connected to the cylinder assembly driven by the cylinder assembly in a vertical direction and in a horizontal direction, whereby the welding assembly is horizontally and vertically moved to the positioning mechanism. The control unit controls an operation of the feeding mechanism, the positioning mechanism, and the welding mechanism.

An electrically-adjustable tool holder precisely movable in a straight line within a magnetic field under electrical stimulation includes a handle body, a connecting member, and a driving member. The connecting member has a first end securely coupled to an end of the handle body, a second end opposite to the first end, and defines a through hole passing through the first end and the second end. The driving member includes a magnet securely received in the through hole, and an electrical electric coil movably received in the magnet. The electric coil is configured to be securely coupled to the tool, and moves the tool up or down along the central axis of the handle body.

A method for machining a metallic member to provide a finished appearance, the method uses a lathe and a scraping process. A metallic member includes a top portion and a peripheral sidewall, is positioned on the worktable. The worktable is rotated with the metallic member, the lathe tool reciprocates to machine the top portion of the rotary metallic member circumferentially. The lathe tool is moved along a predetermined path relative to the worktable by the moving device to machine curved surfaces of the top portion of the metallic member. The scraping cutter is moved to contact the peripheral sidewall of the metallic member. The scraping cutter is moved along a predetermined path, and the scraping cutter is fed the metallic member to achieve the required shape and finish.

A feeding device includes a sliding member, a main shaft, a tool holding assembly, a locking assembly, and a locking assembly. The sliding member is slidably couplable to a moving member. The main shaft is rotatably coupled with the sliding member. The tool holding assembly includes a connecting member detachably connectable to the main shaft and configured for holding one of a plurality of tool heads, the connecting member defining two clamping grooves. The locking assembly is positioned on the sliding member having a driving member attached to the sliding member, and a pair of claws attached to the driving member. The disclosure also supplies a machine tool using the feeding device, and a method for machining using the machine tool.
