A rigid substrate, a touch panel including the rigid substrate and a processing method of the rigid substrate are provided. The rigid substrate includes an ion strengthened surface layer completely covering the entire outer surface thereof. The rigid substrate has an etched wall, wherein an average depth of the ion strengthened surface layer on the etched wall is substantially equivalent to an average depth of the ion strengthened surface layer outside of the etched wall.

A panel structure includes a substrate, a decoration layer and a conductive component. The decoration layer is located in a first region and the rest region is a second region. The decoration layer includes a middle portion and a first edge protruding portion located between the middle portion and the second region and thinner than the middle portion. Each the conductive component extends in a first direction towards the first region from the second region and crosses the first edge protruding portion followed by extending in a second direction on the middle portion of the decoration layer, the first direction intersects the second direction, each the conductive component on the first edge protruding portion has a first width, each the conductive component on the middle portion extends in the second direction and has a second width less than the first width.

Panel structure

A touch panel includes a cover glass, a flexible substrate, and a touch-sensing electrode structure. The flexible substrate is connected to the cover glass via a bonding layer, and the touch-sensing electrode structure is formed on the flexible substrate. The cover glass, the bonding layer, the flexible substrate and the touch-sensing electrode structure are arranged in order, with the flexible substrate being located between the touch-sensing electrode structure and the bonding layer.

A touch panel includes a substrate, a touch sensing electrode, and an optical compensation layer. The touch sensing electrode is disposed on the substrate. The optical compensation layer is disposed on the substrate and covers the touch sensing electrode. A refraction index of the optical compensation layer is smaller than or equal to a refraction index of the touch sensing electrode.

A touch panel includes a first substrate, a low light-shielding decoration layer, and a transparent conductive pattern. The first substrate has a peripheral region. The low light-shielding decoration layer is disposed within the peripheral region of the first substrate. The transparent conductive pattern includes transparent touch electrodes and transparent conductive lines. The transparent touch electrodes are at least disposed on the first substrate. The transparent conductive lines are disposed on the low light-shielding decoration layer within the peripheral region. Each of the transparent conductive lines is connected with at least one of the transparent touch electrodes.

A touch panel structure and the manufacturing method thereof are disclosed, in which the manufacturing method includes the steps of: providing a bonding layer; and forming a conductive pattern layer on the bonding layer; wherein the conductive pattern layer is composed of at least one first and at least one second major conductors with an insulation layer interposed between the first and the second major conductors. Comparing with the prior art for manufacturing touch panels, the disclosure is advantageous in material cost, production cost, and production yield; moreover, the panel lamination process can be simplified and the touch panel structure can be joined to a planar or curvy panel and facilitate the design of a thinner product.

A cover glass structure includes a glass substrate, a touch-sensing structure and a decorative layer. The glass substrate has at least one cutting section, and the cutting section is polished to form a polished surface. The touch-sensing structure is disposed on the glass substrate, and the decorative layer is disposed on the glass substrate.

Cover glass structure and fabrication method thereof and touch-sensitive display device

A touch-sensitive device includes a transparent substrate, a touch-sensing structure, a decorative layer, a trace layer, a passivation layer and a sheltering layer. The touch-sensing structure is disposed on the transparent substrate and located in a touch-sensitive region. The decorative layer is disposed on the transparent substrate and located in a non-touch-sensitive region, and the trace layer is disposed on the decorative layer. The passivation layer is disposed on the transparent substrate and at least covers the touch-sensing structure and the trace layer. The sheltering layer is disposed at least on the passivation layer and located in the non-touch-sensitive region.

Touch-sensitive device and touch-sensitive display device

A capacitive touch sensor includes multiple first-axis traces, multiple second-axis traces, an insulation layer and multiple metal traces. Each first-axis trace includes multiple first touch-sensing pads and first connecting lines connected therebetween. Each second-axis trace includes multiple second touch-sensing pads and second connecting lines connected therebetween. At least one of the first connecting line and the second connecting line is a metal printing line.

Capacitive touch sensor and fabrication method thereof and capacitive touch panel

A touch panel having a transparent region and a peripheral region surrounding the transparent region is provided. The touch panel includes a transparent cover, a touch device, a light-shielding layer, a layer of conductive lines, and a touch chip. The transparent cover has a touch surface and a device mounting surface opposite thereto. The touch device is disposed on the device mounting surface and at least located at the transparent region. The light-shielding layer is disposed on the transparent cover and located inside the peripheral region. The layer of conductive lines is disposed on the device mounting surface, located inside the peripheral region, and electrically connected to the touch device. The touch chip is disposed on the layer of conductive lines through a chip-on-glass process.
