A deciding system for moving a vehicle on a virtual rail is configured to decide a moving trajectory of the vehicle on a road, and includes a positioning module, a vehicle dynamic detecting module and a calculating-deciding module. A wireless tag device is configured to generate a tag message. A magnetic device is configured to generate a magnetic sensing message. The vehicle dynamic detecting module is disposed on the vehicle and configured to generate a vehicle dynamic message corresponding to the vehicle. The calculating-deciding module is signally connected to the positioning module and the vehicle dynamic detecting module. The calculating-deciding module receives the magnetic sensing message, the tag message and the vehicle dynamic message. The calculating-deciding module calculates a deviation value between the magnetic sensing message and the vehicle dynamic message, and decides the moving trajectory of the vehicle according to the tag message and the deviation value.

Method of adaptive trajectory generation for a vehicle

An adaptive method for controlling a vehicle speed and an adaptive device for using the same is disclosed. The method controls a vehicle speed of a host vehicle that is driving. A front vehicle drives in front of the host vehicle. There is a vehicle distance between the host vehicle and the front vehicle. Firstly, first accelerations of the host vehicle are retrieved and the vehicle speeds corresponding to the first accelerations and the vehicle distances corresponded thereof are retrieved. When all the first accelerations are not zero, the extreme values of the first accelerations are deleted. Finally, the vehicle speed of the host vehicle is controlled according to all the retrieved accelerations, their corresponding vehicle distances, and the vehicle speeds corresponded thereof.

Adaptive method for controlling a vehicle speed and adaptive device for using the same

The present invention discloses a system and method for detecting environment-induced disablement of ADAS. The system comprises a rainfall detector, a fog detector and a temperature/humidity detector respectively generating a rainfall value, a fog value, and a temperature/humidity value; a processor electrically connected with these detectors, using the rainfall value and fog value to generate a rainfall-fog value, using the fog value and temperature/humidity value to generate a snowfall value, using a fuzzy computation to process the rainfall-fog value and snowfall value to generate an output value, and emitting an alert signal if the output value exceeds a preset output value; and an automatic driver assistance device electrically connected with the processor, receiving the alert signal, and determining whether to stop automatic driving according to the alert signal. The present invention will alerts ADAS of the disablement lest ADAS execute wrong control actions.

System and method for detecting environment-induced disablement of advanced driver assistance system

The present invention discloses a driver's fatigue detection system and method. The system comprises a vital sign detection device generating at least one personal vital sign value; a storage device storing a linear statistic equation; a processor electrically connected with the vital sign detection device and the storage device; and a display device electrically connected with the processor. The processor receives the personal vital sign value, retrieves the linear statistic equation, substitutes the personal vital sign value into the linear statistic equation to generate a predictive vehicle deviation value, and determines whether the predictive vehicle deviation value is over a preset vehicle deviation value. If yes, the processor generates an alert signal to the display device to present an alert image. The present invention determines whether the stability of the driver is decreasing according to his physiological status and reminds the driver to avoid a traffic accident beforehand.

Driver's fatigue detection system and method

A system is adapted for detecting a driving state of a vehicle, and is operable to obtain real-time image frames corresponding to a driver of the vehicle for determining if the driver is in a dangerous driving state, to obtain operation information of the vehicle for determining if the vehicle is being operated in a dangerous condition when the driver is unable to be identified by the system, and to provide a notification when the driving state of the vehicle is determined to be dangerous.

An adaptive anti-collision method for vehicles has steps of creating multiple driving patterns with each driving pattern corresponding to a vehicle speed, a safe distance and a braking distance parameter, such as longer safe distance configured for faster vehicle speed, and higher vehicle speed or shorter safe distance for different road condition, acquiring dynamic information, such as vehicle speed or acceleration, of the vehicle using sensors on the vehicle, combining the dynamic information and drivers' driving behavior to determine a driving pattern through a statistical analysis and a neural network, adjusting control parameters of the vehicle according to the driving pattern for an electronic control unit of the vehicle to issue an alert or activate a braking action according to the driving pattern. Accordingly, the anti-collision method can be adapted to different vehicle speed, road condition and drivers' driving habits for adjusting the safe distance and the braking system.

A parking space detection device and method thereof, wherein, firstly, store a plurality of border data relating to moved distance of a vehicle, and distance between vehicle and an obstacle for reverse transmission of ultrasonic waves; then determine if said border data satisfy evaluation conditions, such that it is in a first detecting parking space then obstacle state, or in a first detecting obstacle then parking space state. Wherein, in case that any of evaluation conditions is satisfied, start to calculate a first difference between each of said border data and their average, to determine if it is grater than a standard deviation; in case that answer is positive, fetch at least two data points, a first data point and a second data point, corresponding to border data, then calculate their difference to adjust weights of first data point and second data point, in obtaining a highly accurate parking space.

Parking space detection device and method thereof

The present invention discloses a composite-image parking-assistant system, which is installed in a vehicle. When a driver drives his vehicle to passes at least one parking space, the system of the present invention uses camera devices to capture images involving the parking space. A processing unit converts the images into bird's eye view images and integrates the bird's eye view images into a composite bird's eye view surrounding map via the common characteristics thereof. A display device presents the surrounding map to the driver. The processing unit adjusts the coverage the vision field of the surrounding map according the relative position of the vehicle and the parking space to make the magnification of the vision field inverse proportional to the relative position. Thereby, the driver can park his vehicle efficiently and avoid collision.
