An electronic device including a substrate, a gate line, two adjacent data lines, a semiconductor layer and a metal layer is provided. The gate line is disposed on the substrate and extends along a first direction. The two adjacent data lines are disposed on the substrate and intersects with the gate line. The semiconductor layer is disposed on the substrate and has a channel area. The metal layer is disposed between the substrate and the semiconductor layer, wherein the metal layer are overlapped with the two adjacent data lines. The metal layer has a section overlapped with the channel area, the section has a first width (W) along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the gate line has a second width (W) along the second direction, and the first width and the second width satisfy a relational expression below:

An electronic device includes a substrate, a first signal line, an insulating layer, a first transparent conductive layer and a metal layer. The first signal line is disposed on the substrate. The insulating layer is disposed on the first signal line and has an opening. The first transparent conductive layer is disposed on the insulating layer. The metal layer is disposed between the insulating layer and the first transparent conductive layer. The metal layer is electrically connected to the first transparent conductive layer. At least a portion of the metal layer and at least a portion of the first transparent conductive layer are disposed in the opening.

Electronic display device comprising a first display region overlapping with a photosensor

An electronic device includes a substrate and data lines, gate lines, spacers, a first light-shielding layer, a second light-shielding layer and a third light-shielding layer disposed on the substrate. The data lines and the gate lines respectively extend along a first direction and a second direction different from the first direction. The first light-shielding layer includes a plurality of first light-shielding elements arranged corresponding to the data lines respectively and extending along the first direction. The second light-shielding layer includes a plurality of second light-shielding elements arranged corresponding to the gate lines respectively and extending along the second direction. The third light-shielding layer is arranged corresponding to a part of the spacers. At the overlap of the first light-shielding layer, the second light-shielding layer and the third light-shielding layer, the first light-shielding layer, the second light-shielding layer and the third light-shielding layer have different the distances from the substrate respectively.
