A loading plate structure and a carrier are provided. The loading plate structure applied to a panel carrier for transporting panels. The loading plate structure comprises of a main body, the main body including at least one recess for receiving a panel therein, wherein a size of any side of the at least one recess is larger than a size of a corresponding side of the panel received therein, and a taking/disposing location formed on the main body with an opening for taking or disposing the panel, wherein through the taking/disposing location the panel is disposed in one recess corresponding to a size of the panel, or is taken out from the recess. The loading plate structure and the carrier can prevent effectively the panels from falling in transport process, promote transport efficiency and product yields, and increase the convenience of late maintenance and cost control.

Provided are a method and an apparatus for laser quenching. The method utilizes a scanning galvanometer, and involves laser quenching via irradiation with intermittent, repeated scans, rather than a single scan as in the prior art. The method results in increased laser energy absorbed by the metal base and improved depth of thermal conduction, while avoiding melting at the metal surface, thus providing a significantly improved laser quenching process. The apparatus can include a laser, a control system, a light guiding system, a mechanical motion device and a galvanometer.

Method and apparatus for laser quenching

A connecting rod of an internal combustion engine, including a small end and a shank. The small end employs a flexible structure made of hard material. The hard material is a steel or alloy material having a tensile strength greater than or equal to 700 megapascal. The small end of the flexible structure includes a circular body, a center hole, and a flexible support. The circular body encircles the center hole, and the center hole is a complete circular hole having a constant diameter. The small end matches with a piston pin. The flexible structure of the small end operates to allow an elastic deformation of the center hole along an axial direction thereof produced by cylinder pressure exerted on the piston pin to adapt to a bending deformation of the piston pin along the axial direction.
