An electronic device is provided, including a substrate and a plurality of electronic units disposed on the substrate. The substrate includes a first edge extending along a first direction and a second edge extending along a second direction. The electronic units include first, second, and third electronic units arranged adjacently along the first direction. The first electronic unit is closer to the second edge than the third electronic unit. A pitch between the second and third electronic units is greater than a pitch between the first and second electronic units. The electronic units include fourth, fifth and sixth electronic units arranged adjacently along the second direction. The fourth electronic unit is closer to the first edge than the sixth electronic unit. A pitch between the fourth and fifth electronic units is greater than a pitch between the fifth and sixth electronic units.

Electronic device

An electronic device is provided, including a substrate, a plurality of bonding pads, and a plurality of light emitting members. The bonding pads are disposed on the substrate. The light emitting members are disposed on the bonding pads. The light emitting members include a first pair of adjacent light-emitting members, a second pair of adjacent light-emitting members, and a third pair of adjacent light-emitting members. The first pair of adjacent light-emitting members, the second pair of adjacent light-emitting members, and the third pair of adjacent light-emitting members are arranged along the first direction in sequence. The first pair of adjacent light-emitting members has a first pitch, the second pair of adjacent light-emitting members has a second pitch, and the third pair of adjacent light-emitting members has a third pitch. The third pitch is greater than the second pitch, and the second pitch is greater than the first pitch.

A display device is provided. The display device includes a substrate and a plurality of pixels disposed on the substrate. One of the pixels includes a first light filter layer. The display device also includes a first light shielding layer, a second light shielding layer, and a plurality of light emitting diodes. The first light shielding layer defines a plurality of openings, wherein the first light filter layer is disposed in one of the openings. The second light shielding layer is disposed on the substrate and at least partially overlapped with the first light shielding layer. The second light shielding layer defines another plurality of openings, and the light emitting diodes are disposed in the another plurality of openings. In a direction parallel to an upper surface of the substrate, the second light shielding layer overlaps the plurality of light emitting diodes.

Electronic device and method for manufacturing the same

A display device is provided. The display device includes a substrate and a plurality of pixels disposed on the substrate. One of the pixels includes a color conversion layer, a dielectric layer disposed on the color conversion layer, and a light filter layer disposed on the dielectric layer. The display device also includes a first light shielding layer, a second light shielding layer, and a plurality of light emitting diodes. The first light shielding layer defines a plurality of openings, wherein at least one of the color conversion layer, the dielectric layer and the light filter layer is disposed in the openings. The second light shielding layer is disposed on the substrate and at least partially overlapped with the first light shielding layer. The second light shielding layer defines another plurality of openings, and the light emitting diodes are disposed in the another openings.

An electronic device is provided, including a substrate, a plurality of bonding pads, and a plurality of light emitting members, wherein the bonding pads are disposed on the substrate, and the light emitting members are disposed on the bonding pads. The light emitting members include a first pair of adjacent light-emitting members, a second pair of adjacent light-emitting members, and a third pair of adjacent light-emitting members. The first pair of adjacent light-emitting members, the second pair of adjacent light-emitting members, and the third pair of adjacent light-emitting members are arranged along the first direction in sequence. The first pair of adjacent light-emitting members has a first pitch, the second pair of adjacent light-emitting members has a second pitch, and the third pair of adjacent light-emitting members has a third pitch. The third pitch is greater than the second pitch, and the second pitch is greater than the first pitch.

A display device is provided. The display device includes a light-emitting unit. The light-emitting unit includes a light-emitting part, wherein a light extraction structure is disposed on a first surface of the light-emitting part. The light-emitting unit also includes a connective part disposed on a second surface opposite to the first surface of the light-emitting part. The light-emitting unit further includes a protective part surrounding the light-emitting part and the connective part. In addition, the display device includes a substrate having a plurality of active elements and at least one bonding pad, wherein the bonding pad is electrically connected to the corresponding connective part of the light-emitting unit. The roughness of the light extraction structure is greater than or equal to 0.2 &#x3bc;m and less than or equal to 5 &#x3bc;m.

A display device is provided. The display device includes a thin-film transistor substrate, a conductive pad disposed on the thin-film transistor substrate, and an adhesion film disposed on the conductive pad. The adhesion film includes a plurality of conductive particles. The display device also includes a light-emitting component disposed on the adhesion film. The light-emitting component includes a connection feature. The display device also includes a protection layer partially surrounding the light-emitting component. The connection feature of the light-emitting component has a lower portion not surrounded by the protection layer. The adhesion film has a thickness of T, one of the plurality of conductive particles has a diameter of d, the lower portion of the connection feature has a thickness of t, and 0&#x3c;t&#x2264;T&#x2212;d.

Display devices and methods for forming display devices

A display device is provided. The display device includes a mother substrate for light-emitting units. The mother substrate for light-emitting units has a first upper surface and a first lower surface. The display device also includes at least one light-emitting unit disposed on the first lower surface, and a first substrate having a second upper surface, a second lower surface, and a plurality of active devices disposed between the second upper surface and the second lower surface. The light-emitting unit is electrically connected with at least one of the active devices of the first substrate.

A display device is provided. The display device includes a substrate, and a light-emitting unit disposed on the substrate. The light-emitting unit includes a first conductive layer overlapping a second conductive layer, a first semiconductor layer disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, a second semiconductor layer disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the first conductive layer, a quantum well structure disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, and a via hole penetrated through the first semiconductor layer and the quantum well structure. The second conductive layer is electrically connected with the second semiconductor layer through a conductive material disposed in the via hole.
