The present disclosure discloses a pixel structure, an array substrate and a display panel. The pixel structure includes a first data line; a first gate line and a second gate line; a first pixel unit and a second pixel unit. The first pixel units and second pixel units arranged along a second direction; a first pixel electrode relative to the second pixel electrode is close to the first data line, a first thin film transistor and second thin film transistors are arranged close to the first data line; first connecting trace is set between the first drain electrode and the first pixel electrode, a second connecting trace is set between the second drain electrode and the second pixel electrode to make a capacitance of the first pixel unit matching with a capacitance of the second pixel unit.

The present disclosure discloses a method for manufacturing a HVA pixel electrode and an array substrate. The method comprises: a first metal material is deposited on a substrate, and a first conductive metal layer is formed through etching; a first insulating material and a semiconductor material are deposited on a first conductive metal layer, and an intermediate layer is formed through etching; a second insulating material is deposited on the intermediate layer, and a second conductive metal layer is formed through etching; the second conductive metal layer and an exposed part of the intermediate layer are coated with a second insulating material, and contact holes and a three-dimensional insulating structure are formed through etching; the surface of the insulating structure and the exposed parts of other layers are coated with a transparent conductive material, and a transparent conductive layer is formed through etching. A photomasking procedure is saved, and manufacturing cost is saved. The present disclosure discloses a mask plate, a method of manufacturing a corresponding array substrate, and an array substrate, used in the technical field of liquid crystal displays. The mask plate comprises a non-transparent area and a transparent area. The non-transparent area has an intermediate vertical trunk, an intermediate horizontal trunk, and branches extending from the intermediate vertical trunk and the intermediate horizontal trunk. The intermediate vertical trunk and the intermediate horizontal trunk form certain angles with the branches, respectively. The transparent area has a first transparent portion provided between the branches. The first transparent portion is provided with an optical interference unit, which is used for processing light with a first intensity into light with a second intensity, the first intensity being higher than the second intensity. A second transparent portion is used for directly introducing light with the first intensity to form a contact hole on an array substrate to be formed through the mask plate. The present disclosure further comprises a method of manufacturing an array substrate using the mask plate, and an array substrate thus manufactured. According to the present disclosure, both the aperture ratio of a pixel unit and transmittance of the liquid crystal panel can be improved.

Each blocking line made of the same metallic layer with the scan line is wider than a corresponding data line, so that light not blocked by the data line is blocked by the wider blocking line.
