A battery pack includes a fixing frame, at least one battery assembly, and a monitoring device for monitoring the at least one battery assembly, wherein the battery assembly is disposed on the fixing frame. The battery assembly includes a plurality of battery modules which are arranged along a predetermined axial direction. The monitoring device is disposed on the fixing frame, and is located on a side of the battery assembly in the predetermined axial direction. A minor axis of the monitoring device is located in the predetermined axial direction. In this way, the overall length of the battery pack can be reduced.

Battery pack

A battery holder includes at least two connecting shafts, a first lateral frame, and a second lateral frame, wherein two juxtaposed battery assemblies are disposed between the first lateral frame and the second lateral frame. The at least two connecting shafts respectively pass through the corresponding battery modules, and is connected to the first lateral frame and the second lateral frame. The first lateral frame includes two adjacent side frames, each of which includes a first side bar and a second side bar which is opposite to the first side bar. The first side bar has a first perforation, and the second side bar has a second perforation, wherein a width of the first perforation is greater than a width of the second perforation. An engaging member passes through the first perforation and the second perforation, whereby to fix one of the side frames to another one.

Battery holder and side frame thereof

A conductive sheet and a battery conducting module, wherein the battery conducting module is adapted to electrically connect electrodes of a plurality of batteries which are arranged side by side, and includes two conductive sheets. Each of the conductive sheets includes a connecting portion, two first conducting portions, and two second conducting portions. The connecting portion has a first side and a second side. The two first conducting portions are spaced from each other by a distance and are connected to the first side, and extend along a first direction. The two second conducting portions are spaced from each other by a distance and are connected to the second side, and extend along a second direction. The second direction is opposite to the first direction. The conductive sheets are respectively adapted to connect the electrodes of batteries and are disposed facing each other.

An insulating casing for battery terminals including a base and a top cover, wherein the base is engaged with a battery pack and includes a bottom plate. The bottom plate has a plurality of perforations adapted to be passed through by the terminals of the battery pack. The top cover is detachably engaged with the base, and a chamber communicating with the perforations is formed between the top cover and the base, and the terminals are received into the chamber whereby an insulating casing to protect the terminals of the battery pack is provided.

Insulating casing for battery terminals

A battery pack includes a case and a plurality of batteries, wherein the case includes a first body, a second body, and a connecting frame. The first body has a first opening. The second body has a second opening which could match with the first opening. A chamber is formed between the first body and the second body. The connecting frame is connected to the second body, and has a first connecting shaft and a second connecting shaft. The first connecting shaft is adapted to be connected to the first body, and the second connecting shaft is adapted to be connected to a mounting position. The batteries are disposed side by side in the chamber.

A writer for a tire pressure sensor is disclosed, which is adapted to hold the tire pressure sensor to write a program to the tire pressure sensor. The tire pressure sensor has a first connection port. The writer includes a housing, a positioning member, and an ejection device. A surface of the housing forms a receiving recess, and a second connection port is provided in the receiving recess. When the tire pressure sensor is received in the receiving recess, the first connection port thereof is connected to the second connection port. The positioning member connected to the housing has a block section abutting against the tire pressure sensor to keep the first connection port being connected to the second connection port. The ejection device is adapted to exert a pushing force on the tire pressure sensor to eject it for separating the second connection port from the first connection port.

A transmission extension adapter for connection between a work head and the chuck of a power hand tool includes a cylindrical cap shell coupled to the power hand tool around the chuck and having radial through holes and a positioning member in each radial through hole. An axle sleeve is rotatably coupled to the cylindrical cap shell and has locating holes on the periphery thereof. A transmission axle is inserted through the axle sleeve and has a rear end connected to the chuck and a front end connected with a supplementary chuck for holding the work head. A front cap assembly is affixed to the front end of the axle sleeve to hold an automatic feeder for allowing rotation of the automatic feeder with the axle sleeve. A multi-angle positioning device is adapted for holding down the positioning members in the locating holes to lock the axle sleeve.

Transmission extension adapter for power hand tool

A screw driving member of the present invention is driven by a power tool to turn a nut with a polygonal head and a slot on its top. The screw driving member includes a shaft, a driver head and a biasing device. The shaft has an axial hole and a fitting hole. The driver head is inserted into the axial hole of the shaft for reciprocation but rotation. The biasing device urges the driver head to have a coupling end out of the shaft. In engagement of the nut, the coupling end enters the slot of the nut, and then the driver head will be turned automatically that the coupling end may fully enter the slot. At the same time, the shaft is turned also that the fitting hole may be engaged with the head of the nut when the screw driving member is pressed downward.

Screw driving member

An automatic screw feeding apparatus includes a base assembly, a slide assembly, a first spring, a screw carrier driving device, and a screw carrier guidance device. The slide assembly is mounted to the base assembly, movable forward and backward between a first position and a second position along a straight path. The first spring is mounted between the base and slide assemblies for keeping the slide assembly at the first position. The screw carrier guidance device includes a connection member connected with the base assembly, a guide member mounted to the connection member and movable forward and backward between a third position and a fourth position, and a second spring mounted between the guide and connection members for keeping the guide member located at the third position. The second spring can greatly lighten the load of the first spring to prevent the fed screws from being jammed.

Automatic screw feeding apparatus for power screwdriver

A depth adjustment device is mounted to a front end of a power tool, having a coupling member fixed to the front end of the power tool, a hollow stationary sleeve, and a hollow adjustment sleeve. The coupling member includes a limit recess and a lock recess at an external periphery thereof. The stationary sleeve is sleeved onto the coupling member, having two first lock portions corresponding to the limit recess, a springy part formed at a rear end thereof, and a second lock portion formed at a distal end of the springy part. The first lock portions are stopped against the lock recess. The second lock portion is locked to the lock recess. The adjustment sleeve includes a lip portion at a front end thereof for lying against a surface of a workpiece and is threadably connected with the stationary sleeve to be movably mounted to the stationary sleeve.

A screw nail magazine for an electric screwdriver includes a fixed holder member, a movable holder member reciprocally moveably mounted inside the fixed holder member, a positioning member fastened to the moveable holder member, and a nailing depth adjustment device. The nailing depth adjustment device has a control member pivotally mounted in the fixed holder member for rotation by a user, a driven member fixedly connected to the control member and located inside the fixed holder member, a slider coupled to the driven member and movable along a fixed path by the driven member actuated by the control member, and a stop block mounted on the slider and stopped at the positioning member for limiting the moving stroke of the moveable holder member inside the fixed holder member.

A screw feeder adapter includes a housing having a first connecting portion for connection to a screw feeder, a second connecting portion, and a retaining portion connected between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, a coupling member connectable to a power screwdriver and coupled to the second connecting portion of the housing through a rotary motion, and two locking units respectively pivoted to the retaining portion of the housing at two sides and forced by a respective spring member to engage into a respective retaining hole at the housing and a respective retaining groove at the coupling member to lock the coupling member to the housing.
