An image-measuring apparatus without axial alignment is configured to measure a workpiece. The image-measuring apparatus without axial alignment includes a rotating plate, a lighting unit, an image capturing unit, a central control unit and a rotary driving member. The workpiece is disposed on the rotating plate. The lighting unit is configured to generate a light beam to illuminate the workpiece to form a first workpiece blocking shadow area on the image capturing unit. The rotating plate and the workpiece are rotated through a rotational angle by the central control unit to form a second workpiece blocking shadow area on the image capturing unit. The central control unit calculates the first workpiece blocking shadow area and the second workpiece blocking shadow area to generate an axial position of the workpiece. There is a distance between an axial position of the rotating plate and the axial position of the workpiece.

Image-measuring apparatus without axial alignment and image-measuring method without axial alignment

A spectrometer engine and an adjustment method thereof are provided. The spectrometer engine includes a connector, a light sensor, a variable gain amplifier, a variable reference voltage generation circuit, an analog-to-digital converter and a control circuit. The light sensor senses a light to be measured coming from an object to be measured to generate a sensing signal. The variable gain amplifier amplifies the sensing signal according to a first setting parameter to generate an amplified signal. The variable reference voltage generation circuit provides a reference voltage according to a second setting parameter. The analog-to-digital converter converts the amplified signal to a digital signal according to the reference voltage. The control circuit reads the digital signal and adjusts at least one of the first to third setting parameters according to the digital signal for the spectrometer engine to measure the object to be measured again to generate another digital signal.

Spectrometer engine and an adjustment method thereof

A spectrometer and a spectrum measurement method thereof are provided. An analog-to-digital converter converts an amplified signal into a digital signal according to a reference voltage provided by a variable reference voltage generation circuit and amplifies the digital signal according to a target signal value, thereby approximating a signal value of the amplified digital signal to the target signal value. A control circuit outputs a spectral signal according to the amplified digital signal. A user can obtain spectrum measurement results that can be easily interpreted by the spectrometer and the spectrum measurement method thereof, without changing hardware or software, so as to improve convenience of use of the spectrometer.

A spectrometer including an optomechanical module and a control module is provided. The optomechanical module includes an optomechanical engine and a sampling device. The optomechanical engine and the sampling device are disposed in the optomechanical module. The sampling device is coupled to the optomechanical engine. The sampling device is configured to transfer a sampling light to the optomechanical engine. The sampling device includes a memory device. The memory device is disposed in the sampling device. The memory device is configured to pre-store an optomechanical parameter corresponding to the optomechanical engine. The control module is coupled to the optomechanical module. The control module is configured to read the memory device to obtain the optomechanical parameter. The control module calibrates the optomechanical engine according to the optomechanical parameter.

Spectrometer, optomechanical module, and operation method for spectrometer

A spectrometer system including a spectrometer device, a mobile apparatus and a cloud server is provided. The spectrometer device scans a target object according to one of a plurality of sets of spectral scan setting parameters to generate spectral data. The mobile apparatus sets the spectrometer device to select one set from the plurality of sets spectral scan setting parameters for scanning the target object. The mobile apparatus receives the spectral data from the spectrometer device and outputs the spectral data. The cloud server stores detection models and the spectral data received from the mobile apparatus, and analyzes the spectral data according to one of the detection models to output an analysis result to the mobile apparatus. The spectrometer system can reduce network transmission traffic and prevent object analysis and model building from being affected by unregulated spectral data so correctness of spectral scan can be controlled.

Spectrometer device, mobile apparatus, spectrometer system and operating method thereof

A measurement system comprises an illumination module, an image pickup device, an angle adjustment module, and a control unit. The illumination module is configured to illuminate an object. The image pickup device is configured to pick up an image of the object. The angle adjustment module is configured to adjust an relative angle between the object and the image pickup device. The control unit is electrically connected to the image pickup device and the angle adjustment module and configured to receive an image signal from the image pickup device. The control unit is configured to command the angle adjustment module to adjust the relative angle to at least three values. The image pickup device is configured to pick up images of the object respectively corresponding to the at least three values. The control unit is configured to calculate the relative angle between the object and the image pickup device.

A method for playing a three-dimensional video is provided, which includes the following steps. A disparity velocity or a disparity acceleration for at least one continuous video in the three-dimensional video is calculated. A visual fatigue estimating value of a viewer is calculated according to the disparity velocity or the disparity acceleration. A subsequent playback of the three-dimensional video is controlled according to the visual fatigue estimating value.

Method and control system for three-dimensional video playback using visual fatigue estimation

A wearable display and an adjusting method thereof are provided. The adjusting method comprises the following steps. A background image is provided. A central mark is displayed and overlapped with the background image. A first sight line passes through the central mark. A blind spot mark is displayed and overlapped with the background image. A second sight line passes through the blind spot mark. An included angle between the first sight line and the second sight line is substantially 14 to 16 degrees.

Wearable display and adjusting method thereof

A current-limiting protection circuit of remotely controlled ceiling fan-lamp is disclosed. The current-limiting protection circuit includes a microcontroller unit for detecting rectangular wave signal reflective of the power used by a lamp load. The rectangular wave signal is compared with nominal value. In the case that the positive bandwidth of the rectangular wave signal is larger than the nominal value, it is indicated that the lamp load is in an overloaded state. Under such circumstance, the microcontroller unit controls a lamp load driving unit to change driving manner and lower the power used by the lamp load to a value within the nominal range.

Current-limiting protection circuit of a remotely controlled ceiling fan-lamp

A lamp overload detection/modulation circuit including a microcontroller unit for detecting rectangular wave signal reflective of the power used by the lamp load and pulse width signal of AC power. The positive bandwidths of the two signals are compared with a predetermined full-load value. In the case that the positive bandwidths of the two signals are both larger than the full-load value, it is indicated that the lamp load is under an overload condition. Under such circumstance, the microcontroller unit controls a lamp load driving unit to change driving manner and lower the power used by the lamp load to a value within a nominal range. Then the lamp load automatically restores to the full-load state. Accordingly, the lamp is protected from long-term overload condition.

Lamp overload detection/modulation circuit

Foot measurement and footwear manufacture systems and methods. A three-dimensional foot frame of a foot and pressure data corresponding to a bottom of the foot are measured, and a first and a second group of characteristic points are respectively determined accordingly. A preset foot skeleton template model is adjusted according to the second group of characteristic points, and merged into the three-dimensional foot frame according to the first group of characteristic points and protrusion points of the adjusted foot skeleton template model. The protrusion points and/or joint points of the adjusted foot skeleton template model are connected to generate at least one line and at least one plane, intersecting the three-dimensional foot frame at contact points and contact planes, respectively. The foot frame size is determined according to the distance between the contact points and the girth of the contact planes.

Footwear measurement and footwear manufacture systems and methods

A lamp assembly for a flashlight device is provided, which contains a lamp member, at least an optical lens, and a rim member. The lamp member has a lamp housed in a closed casing with a transparent lens at an end of the closed casing. Around and at the outer side of the transparent lens, the lamp member has a flanged rim with a number of L-shaped notches configured around the inside circumference of the flanged rim. Correspondingly, the rim member has a number of wedges protruding from the outside circumference of the rim member. The rim member is joined to the flanged rim by making the wedges slide into the L-shaped notches, and the optical lens is thereby fixed between the rim member and the transparent lens.

Lamp assembly of flashlight device

A 3D shape-measuring apparatus using biaxial anamorphic magnification comprises a light source that projects a light onto an object surface to be sensed. Via an electrical image-grabbing device, such as CCD camera, the light reflected from the object is grabbed to determine the coordinate locations sensed on the object. Before the electrical image-grabbing device, the light reflected from the object passes respectively through a curved reflecting mirror or an assembly of telecentric cylindrical lenses to adjust an image magnification along the light projection direction, and an assembly of cylindrical lenses to adjust an image magnification along a direction perpendicular to the light projection direction. Thereby, resolution nonuniformity with respect to near and far distance is resolved while the observable range of the CCD camera can further be efficiently changed into a measurable field.
