System and method for position and posture detection are provided to determine whether to update an original position and posture information of a surgical machine during surgery navigation. The system includes a sensing element, a displacement and/or angle sensing element and a processor. A coordinate signal of a marker module generated by the sensing element and a displacement and/or angle signal of the marker module generated by the displacement and/or angle sensing element are received by the processor and used to create a transformation matrix. A position and posture information of the surgical machine is obtained using the transformation matrix and the coordinate signal and provided to determine whether to update the original position and posture information.

System and method for position and posture detection of surgical machine

A mechanism for holding surgical instruments includes a carrier mounted on a machine tool and multiple holding modules mounted on the carrier. At least one of the holding modules is selected to be used during surgical operation. A swing element of the selected holding module enables a guidance sleeve to be swung to allow a guidance hole on the guidance sleeve to face toward a surgical operation region. The guidance sleeve is provided to hold one surgical instrument for surgical operation.

Holding mechanism for surgical instruments and holding module thereof

The system includes a stand surrounding a working area, a signal detector receiving a signal generated by the wire, and a positioning module disposed on the stand. The positioning module is configured to drive the signal detector moving forward and backward on a two-dimensional plane in the working area. The system also includes a computer system electrically connected to the signal detector and the positioning module. The compute system receives the signal from the signal detector, generates position information according to the signal, and transmits the position information to the positioning module, such that the positioning module moves the signal detector to a position corresponding to a position of the wire in the blood vessel according to the position information.

System and method for tracking signal of wire in a blood vessel

The optical sensing device is provided for receiving and transmitting a light signal. A light working area is defined according to a measurement range of the light signal. The optical sensing device includes a body, a transformation part and a signal unit. A light emitting unit and a light receiving unit are disposed at an end of the body, and the light emitting unit and the light receiving unit face the light working area. The transformation part pivots on the body. A light processing unit is disposed on the transformation part, and the light processing unit is capable of locating in the light working area for transmitting or receiving the light signal. The signal unit is configured for transmitting and processing the light signal.

Optical sensing device for physiological signal

A universal C-ARM calibration seat includes a base, at least three action units, and a driving and positioning device. The base is annular and has a central axis. The base includes a correction plate mounting area. The at least three action units is mounted on a side of the base opposite to the correction plate mounting area. Each of the at least three action units includes a sliding member. The driving and positioning device is coaxially mounted to and rotatable relative to the base about the central axis. The driving and positioning device includes a rotating unit configured to actuate each sliding member. When the driving and positioning device rotates relative to the base, the rotating unit actuates each sliding member to simultaneously move toward the central axis.

Universal C-arm calibration seat

A fixing structure including a metal housing and a fixing base is disclosed. The housing has a carrying plane and the fixing base having a first contact end and, opposite, a second contact end is disposed on the housing. The perpendicular distance from the first contact end to the carrying plane is greater than that from the second contact end to the carrying plane. A wireless transmission device is disposed on the fixing base and in contact with the first contact end and the second contact end, so that a perpendicular distance from an antenna end of the wireless transmission device to the carrying plane is greater than a perpendicular distance from a fixed end of the wireless transmission device to the carrying plane. Therefore, a relatively great distance is kept between the antenna end and the housing for preventing the antenna end from being interfered by the metal housing.

A portable computer and a hinge mechanism thereof are provided. The portable computer includes a display monitor, a host and a hinge mechanism. The hinge mechanism for rotating the display monitor and the host relatively includes a bottom board, a pivot, a power adapter, a locking bracket, a slanting board and a parallel board. The pivot is disposed on the bottom board. Two ends of the pivot are connected with the host and the display monitor respectively. The power adapter is disposed on the bottom board. The locking bracket having a locking hole is disposed on the bottom board. The slanting board disposed on the bottom board slants to the pivot. The slanting board has a first opening which exposes the power adapter. The parallel board disposed on the bottom board is parallel to the pivot. The parallel board has a second opening which exposes the locking hole.

A portable computer and a hinge mechanism thereof are provided. The portable computer includes a display screen, a host and a hinge mechanism. The hinge mechanism is connected with the display screen and the host. The hinge mechanism is used for rotating the display screen around the host. The hinge mechanism includes a bottom board, a pivot, a network connecter and a slanting board. The pivot is disposed on the bottom board, wherein one end of the pivot is connected with the host and the other end of the pivot is connected with the display screen. The network connecter is disposed on the bottom board. The slanting board is disposed on the bottom board and slants to the pivot. The slanting board has an opening which exposes the network connecter.

A portable computer and a locking mechanism thereof are provided. The portable computer includes a battery, a host and a locking mechanism. The battery has a locking hole. The battery includes a restraining protrusion. The host has a receiving through. The locking mechanism is disposed in the receiving through. The locking mechanism includes a main body and a locking protrusion. The main body has a first restraining concave and a second restraining concave. The locking protrusion is connected to the main body. When the restraining protrusion is placed in the first restraining concave, the locking protrusion is locked in the locking hole, so that the battery is locked in the receiving through. When the restraining protrusion is placed in the second restraining concave, the locking protrusion leaves the locking hole, so that the battery is dismounted from the receiving through.

A windshield wiper arm of the motor vehicle is provided with a device including a first power interruption switch, a second power interruption switch, a relay, a motor, a gear set, a push red, and a protruded rod. When the push rod is driven to move in a vertical direction, the windshield wiper arm is pushed to move away from the windshield of the motor vehicle which is not in operation. As the motor vehicle is activated, the push rod is driven to return to a horizontal position thereof, thereby causing the windshield wiper arm to be retracted in place.

An abdomen exercise device includes a bed body having a backrest and a seat pivotally connected with a joint to permit the backrest swing up and down to force the back of a user lying on the bed body bend the back up and down to exercise the user's abdomen. The backrest is swung up and down by a drive rod moved by a drive device consisting of a motor, a drive wheel, and a chain gear fixed with a lower end of the drive rod and a drive chain gear fixed eccentrically with the drive wheel rotated by the motor. With an endless chain extends around the drive chain gear and the chain gear to let two ends of the drive rod seesaw to swing up and down the backrest automatically.

An improved ultrasonic ranging device having a ultrasonic sensor unit provided for detecting the distance between a ground object and a rear end of a vehicle includes: a casing body composed of a front casing and a rear casing with a round opening formed in the opposing ends; a control unit with a plurality of microswitches and a control circuit installed at one end of the casing body and electrically connected to the ultrasonic sensor unit; a gear system with a motor and a reduction gear member disposed at another end of the casing body and electrically connected to the control circuit; and a protective cover with a transmission arrangement movably connected to the casing body with the transmission arrangement meshed with the reduction gear and the control unit; thereby, the protective cover can be automatically raised up and lowered down along with the backward and forward movements of a vehicle for protecting the ultrasonic ranging device against water, dust and mud.
