The present disclosure discloses an inspection system for quarantine and a method thereof. The CT technology is applied to the field of quarantine supervision, overcoming a problem of objects in an image of a single-view or a multi-view X-ray machine being overlapped, as well as a problem of organics including contrabands in a conventional CT image being not highlighted, not elaborated, and having bad contrast. Accuracy and efficiency of inspecting an object by human operator for quarantine inspection can be considerably improved, which is of a high application value.

Inspection systems for quarantine and methods thereof

An inspection device for quarantine that includes a dual-energy CT apparatus capable of distinguishing substances, a DR apparatus, a substance identification system capable of enhancing display of an object (plant, animal, meat, etc.) focused for quarantine and automatically so labeling, and an image processing system capable of highlighting a suspect of quarantine and providing a corresponding automatic alarm. Compared to the prior art, the present disclosure can highlight a focused object for quarantine, which may improve accuracy and efficiency of inspection for quarantine at a port.

Inspection devices for quarantine

The disclosure provides a method for measuring X-ray energy of an accelerator in an inspection system. the method comprises: building a database comprising correspondence between half-value layer (HVL) and energy under a predetermined condition; measuring HVL for X-rays of the accelerator in the inspection system on line under the same predetermined condition; and comparing the measured HVL with the HVLs in the database comprising correspondence between HVL and energy to determine the X-ray energy of the accelerator. The method is applicable to a large-scale container/vehicle inspection system for measurement of X-ray energy/HVL of the accelerator so as to acquire source state of the inspection system in real time.

Method for measuring X-ray energy of an accelerator in an inspection system

The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a method of manufacturing the same, and a display panel comprising the array substrate, for reducing a drop or height difference between surfaces of portions of a passivation layer located on either side of a source/drain electrode lead wire and a surface of a portion of passivation layer located on an upper surface of the source/drain electrode lead wire so as to increase an aperture ratio of the display panel. The method comprises: forming a source/drain electrode lead wire and a passivation layer successively on a base substrate, the passivation layer at least covering the source/drain electrode lead wire; and thinning a portion of the passivation layer located on the source/drain electrode lead wire such that a surface of the portion is higher than those of other portions of the passivation layer, at the time of patterning the passivation layer to form a via hole therein.

Array substrate and method of manufacturing the same, and display panel

For quarantine treatment of a farming and forestry product for pest control, a method and a device may irradiate logs as a phytosanitary treatment with electron beams. The method may include: spreading the logs; aligning the spread logs to be flush at one end; conveying the spread and flush logs laterally; conveying the logs longitudinally through an irradiation field formed by accelerators to provide treatment of irradiation with the electron beams; throwing the irradiated logs out; and laterally conveying the logs away. The device may include a conveying device for conveying the logs, a shielding structure surrounding the conveying device, and accelerators provided in the conveying path of the conveying device. Two or more accelerators may be provided in centrosymmetry about the conveying path.

Method and device of irradiation of logs with electron beams as a phytosanitary treatment

A method for conducting irradiation of all logs of a whole vehicle with X-rays as a phytosanitary treatment may include: connecting a traction device and a goods carrying vehicle outside a shielding door; opening the door; the traction device pulling the vehicle into a tunnel; closing the shielding door; upon the vehicle reaching an irradiation region, accelerators generating X-rays; the traction device pulling the vehicle to pass through the irradiation region; stopping the X-rays; opening the door; the traction device pulling the vehicle away from the irradiation treatment tunnel; and disconnecting the traction device from the vehicle. A device may include a shielding structure, a tunnel formed therethrough; a rail along the tunnel; accelerators within the tunnel; and a traction device for pulling a vehicle carrying goods for quarantine treatment, the accelerators symmetrically arranged at both sides of and on the top of an irradiation region in the tunnel.
