The method includes: outputting a rectangular detection box and a binary mask of a fan-shaped image; obtaining a binary fan-shaped image; determining a number of times that a side line of the rectangular detection box passes through a frame communication area of the binary fan-shaped image, and adjusting a side line position of the rectangular detection box, to obtain a minimum bounding rectangle; obtaining a rough contour of the fan-shaped image; determining a target paper cup model; importing a template image of the target paper cup model; cropping the image to be processed to obtain a processing area image; and scaling the processing area image, and performing a bitwise AND operation between the precise binary mask and the processing area image to obtain a fan-shaped image precisely segmented and its corresponding frame.

Disclosed are method and device for automatically pre-detecting paper cup design defects. The method includes: receiving an imported design drawing to be detected, and obtaining a corresponding fan-shaped image mask through the trained image segmentation model; converting the fan-shaped image mask into a real fan-shaped frame; calculating and obtaining a corresponding target model design drawing according to the real fan-shaped frame, and mapping to the specification data of a corresponding model; and partitioning the real fan-shaped frame according to the mapped specification data, detecting corresponding defects in each partition through a preset detection module, and outputting defect detection results. The present disclosure enables identification of design defects solely through graphic design drafts, thereby reducing costs, enhancing flexible production capabilities, and filling a gap in the paper cup industry. Defect detection functions are pluggable, that is, ineffective detection modules can be replaced, and new detection items can be added.

Disclosed are a method, device, terminal and medium for adaptively rendering a fan-shaped image to a 3D model. The method includes: importing a 3D model and a fan-shaped image; setting UV coordinates of four vertices of a sampling area; selecting a rendering area of the 3D model, and traversing all triangular facets in the rendering area through an edge traversal method; for each vertex of each triangular facet, locating a corresponding UV mapping point on the fan-shaped image to obtain UV texture coordinate data of the 3D model mapped onto the fan-shaped image; and sending the UV texture coordinate data to the rendering area of the 3D model. The present disclosure reduces the number and size of files, and improves a rendering speed and precision.
