A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display apparatus are provided. The display substrate includes a display region including N pixel groups in a first direction and a peripheral region; each pixel group includes at least one row of pixel regions; the display substrate includes: first and second reset lines; wherein each row of pixel regions corresponds to one first reset line and one second reset line; (N+M) first shift register units are arranged along the first direction; an output terminal of an ith first shift register unit is connected to a second reset line corresponding to an (i−M)th row of pixel regions; an output terminal of a jth first shift register unit is connected to a first reset line corresponding to a jth row of pixel regions through a signal transmission line; N is an integer greater than 2, M is a preset positive integer, M+1≤i≤N+M, 1≤j≤N, and i and j are both integers; orthographic projections of the signal transmission line and at least one of the first shift register units on the base substrate overlaps with each other.

Display substrate, manufacturing method thereof and display apparatus with shared shift register units

A display panel includes a base substrate, a driving layer, a pixel layer and a touch layer stacked sequentially. In a peripheral area of the display panel, the driving layer is provided with a touch pin and a touch relay wire connected with the touch pin; the touch layer includes a touch organic layer and a touch metal layer buried in the touch organic layer, and the touch metal layer is formed with a touch channel and a touch wiring connected with the touch channel. The touch organic layer exposes the touch pin, and an end of the touch relay wire away from the touch pin extends between the touch organic layer and the base substrate. The touch wiring does not protrude out of the touch organic layer, and the touch wiring is electrically connected to the end of the touch relay wire away from the touch pin through a via hole.

Display panel and display device

A touch display structure includes a light-emitting substrate and a touch structure. The touch structure includes first touch channels and second touch channels. At least one first touch channel includes adjacent first sub-touch channels, and a first sub-touch channel includes first touch electrodes; and in the same first touch channel, two adjacent first sub-touch channels are electrically connected; and/or at least one second touch channel includes adjacent second sub-touch channels, and a second sub-touch channel includes second touch electrodes; and in the same second touch channel, two adjacent second sub-touch channels are electrically connected. The touch structure includes crossing metal lines to form metal grid squares which form first touch electrodes and second touch electrodes in the touch structure. The light-emitting substrate includes sub-pixels. Orthographic projections of light-emitting regions of at least two sub-pixels are within a range of an orthographic projection of the same metal grid square.

The present disclosure provides a display substrate and related devices. The display substrate includes a plurality of first sub-pixels, second sub-pixels and third sub-pixels. In a first direction, the first sub-pixels and the third sub-pixels are arranged alternately to form a plurality of first sub-pixel rows, the second sub-pixels form a plurality of second sub-pixel rows, the first sub-pixel rows and the second sub-pixel rows are arranged alternately in a second direction, connection lines of center points of two first sub-pixels and two third sub-pixels form a first virtual quadrilateral, the two first sub-pixels are located at two vertex angles of the first virtual quadrilateral which are opposite to each other, one second sub-pixel is located within the first virtual quadrilateral, and the first virtual quadrilateral includes two interior angles each being equal to 90° and two interior angles each being not equal to 90°.

A pixel circuit, a pixel driving method, and a display device. The pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a driving circuit, and a data writing circuit; the data writing circuit is electrically connected to a first scanning terminal, a data line and a first terminal of the driving circuit, and is configured to write a data voltage provided by the data line into the first terminal of the driving circuit under control of a first scanning signal provided by the first scanning terminal during a data writing phase included in a refresh frame, and write a reset voltage provided by the data line into the first terminal of the driving circuit under control of the first scanning signal during a reset phase included in a hold frame; the driving circuit is configured to drive the light-emitting element under control of a potential of a control terminal thereof.

Display substrate with optimized fan-out structure, preparation method thereof, and display apparatus

The present disclosure relates to a scan driver circuit including clock signal lines and cascaded shift registers. The shift registers include an input sub-circuit, a first control sub-circuit, a second control sub-circuit and an output sub-circuit. The input sub-circuit is connected to a starting signal terminal, a first node and a first signal terminal. The first control sub-circuit is connected to the first signal terminal, the first node and a second node. The second control sub-circuit is connected to the first node, the second node, a second voltage terminal and a third signal terminal. The output sub-circuit is connected to the first node, the second node, an output terminal, a second signal terminal and the second voltage terminal. The second signal terminal and the third signal terminal of the same shift register are connected to different clock signal lines.

Scan driver circuit and control method thereof, display panel, display device

A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes: a base substrate including a display region and a peripheral region; a pixel defining layer having a first part located in the display region and a second part located in the peripheral region, the second part and the first part being formed as an integral structure; and a spacer layer arranged on a side of the pixel defining layer away from the base substrate. The spacer layer includes a first spacer repetitive unit located in the display region and a second spacer repetitive unit located in the peripheral region. An orthographic projection of the second spacer repetitive unit on the base substrate falls within that of the second part on the base substrate and is located on a side, facing the display region, of a boundary, which is away from the display region, of the second part.

A display panel includes a pixel drive circuit for driving a light emitting unit. The pixel drive circuit is connected to the first electrode of the light emitting unit, and the display panel further includes: a base substrate, a first power line, a second power line, and a common electrode layer. The first power line and the second power line are located a the display area of the display panel, the orthographic projection of the first power line on the base substrate is extended along the first direction, the orthographic projection of the second power line on the base substrate is extended along the second direction, and the second direction is intersected with the first direction, at least a part of the second power line is connected to at least a part of the first power line through a via hole.

A driving circuit includes a first driving signal generation circuit, a first output control circuit, a first gating circuit, a first first energy storage circuit, a first second energy storage circuit and a first output circuit; N is a positive integer; the first gating circuit controls to write the gating input signal into the first first node under the control of the gating control signal; the first output circuit controls to connect the Nth stage of output driving terminal and the first voltage terminal under the control of the potential of the first second node, and controls to connect the Nth stage of output driving terminal and the second voltage terminal under the control of the potential of the first third control node; the first third control node and the first second control node are different nodes.

In each pixel driving circuit, a first electrode region of a driving transistor, a second electrode region of a data writing transistor and a second electrode region of a first light-emitting control transistor are connected through a conductive connection pattern. The pixel driving circuits are configured as odd-numbered row circuit groups and even-numbered row circuit groups. The odd-numbered row circuit groups and the even-numbered row circuit groups each include pixel driving circuits.
