A key structure includes a protective cover and a keycap. The keycap includes flow-guiding bevel surface. When the protective cover and the keycap are adhered on each other through a glue material, an excess portion of the glue material is retained on the flow-guiding bevel surface. Consequently, the excess portion of the glue material will not spread to other regions.

Key structure

A keyboard device with a protecting function and a manufacturing method of the keyboard device are provided. Firstly, a mold is provided. Then, a frame material is placed into the mold to form a frame body, and a film material is placed into the mold to form a protective film. Consequently, the protective film is fixed on the frame body. After the mold is removed, a keyboard module is assembled with the frame body. Consequently, the keyboard device is manufactured. The protective film includes a sheet-like portion, plural connection portions and plural covering portions. The frame body includes plural spacer structures and plural perforations. The sheet-like portion is fixed on the plural spacer structures. The keyboard module includes a base plate and plural keys. The keycap is penetrated through the corresponding perforation and contacted with the corresponding covering portion.

Keyboard device with protecting function and manufacturing method thereof

A key structure includes a keycap, a base plate and a wing-type supporting element. When the keycap is depressed in response to an external force, a first frame and a second frame of the wing-type supporting element are pushed by each other through protrusion structures and rotating shafts. Consequently, the first frame and the second frame can be swung relative to the base plate.

A keyboard device includes a membrane circuit board, a base plate and a key structure. The key structure a keycap, a first connecting element, a second connecting element, a stabilizer bar and an auxiliary bar. The first connecting element and the second connecting element are connected between the keycap and the base plate. The first connecting element has a first lateral side and a second lateral side. The second connecting element has a third lateral side and a fourth lateral side. The third lateral side faces the second lateral side. The stabilizer bar is pivotally coupled to the keycap, the first lateral side of the first connecting element and the fourth lateral side of the second connecting element. Keyboard device

A keyboard device includes plural key structures. Each key structure includes a plate assembly, a keycap, a connecting member and a buffering element. The plate assembly has a hollow region. The keycap is located over the plate assembly. The connecting member is connected between the keycap and the plate assembly. The keycap is connected with the connecting member through at least one hook of the keycap. The keycap is movable upwardly or downwardly relative to the plate assembly through the connecting member. The buffering element is installed on the plate assembly. The buffering element is extended in a direction toward the keycap and penetrated through the hollow region of the plate assembly. While the keycap is moved downwardly and the at least one hook of the keycap is contacted with the buffering element, there is the gap between the keycap and the plate assembly.

Keyboard device and key structure thereof

A keyboard device includes a base plate and a key structure. The key structure includes a keycap, a first connecting element, a second connecting element and a stabilizer bar. The first connecting element and the second connecting element are arranged between the base plate and the keycap and connected with the base plate and the keycap. The stabilizer bar is fixed on the first connecting element and the second connecting element. Since the stabilizer bar does not collide with the base plate to generate the unpleasant noise, the keyboard device of the present invention is capable of reducing the noise. Moreover, since the stabilizer bar is fixed on the first connecting element and the second connecting element, it is not necessary to install hooks corresponding to the stabilizer bar on the keycap and the base plate and the fabricating cost is reduced.

A keyboard device includes a key, a base plate, a membrane circuit board and a buffering part. The membrane circuit board is disposed on the base plate. The key includes a keycap and a stabilizer bar. The stabilizer bar is connected between the keycap and the base plate. The stabilizer bar includes a main bar part, a first linking part and a first insertion part. The first linking part is connected between the main bar part and the first insertion part. The buffering part is disposed on the base plate or the membrane circuit board and located under the first linking part. While a keycap is moved downwardly relative to the base plate, the linking part of the stabilizer bar is contacted with the buffering part. The contact point between the linking part of the stabilizer bar and the buffering part is used as a fulcrum.

A keyboard device and a manufacturing method of the keyboard device are provided. The keyboard device includes a base plate, a membrane circuit board and a key. A connecting structure with an upper connecting part is protruded from the base plate. The membrane circuit board includes a first film layer with an extension part. A clearance space is formed between the extension part and the base plate. An end part of the stabilizer bar of the keycap is clamped between the upper connecting part and the extension part. While the stabilizer bar is moved, the end part of the stabilizer bar is slid between the upper connecting part and the extension part. Moreover, the end part of the stabilizer bar and the extension part are interfered with each other and sunken downwardly into the clearance space.

Keyboard device and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention provides a key structure, including: a key cap, a support board, an elastic element, and a support element. The elastic element includes an elastomer and an elastic piece. The elastomer has a first surface and a second surface, where the first surface includes a first protrusion portion and a second protrusion portion. The support element is connected the key cap and the support board and surrounds the elastic element. When the key cap descends, the first protrusion portion is pressed by the key cap and generates a deformation, so as to form a first pressing stroke, and subsequently, the key cap presses the second protrusion portion to enable the elastic piece to generate a deformation, so as to form a second pressing stroke.

Keyboard structure

A keyboard device includes a key switch, a base plate, a connecting element and a replaceable key. The replaceable key includes a coupling plate and a keycap. The connecting element is connected between the coupling plate and the base plate. The coupling plate includes a first sliding part. The keycap includes a second sliding part. When the second sliding part is slid relative to the first sliding part, the keycap is combined with the coupling plate or the keycap is detached from the coupling plate. Consequently, the keycap is easily assembled or disassembled. Moreover, since the connecting element is not touched during the process of disassembling the keycap, the connecting element is not damaged.

The present invention relates to a keyboard, including: a key, a switch circuit board, and a base plate, and the key includes a keycap and a balance bar. The keycap includes a first hook and a second hook, and the first hook is disposed on an inner surface of the keycap and is located on an outer side of the keycap. The second hook is disposed on the inner surface of the keycap and is located in a central area of the keycap. The balance bar is disposed below the keycap and is fastened in a first opening of the first hook and a second opening of the second hook. The first opening has a round shape, and the second opening has an elliptic shape.

Keyboard

A keyboard device includes a key structure, a switch circuit board, a base plate and a buffering sheath. The key structure includes a keycap and a stabilizer bar. The stabilizer bar is connected with the keycap. The base plate includes a connecting structure. The stabilizer bar is penetrated through the connecting structure and connected with the base plate. The buffering sheath is arranged around the stabilizer bar to cover the stabilizer bar. The stabilizer bar and the base plate are made of metallic material. Since the stabilizer bar and the base plate are separated by the buffering sheath, the keyboard device is capable of reducing noise.

A keyboard device includes a base plate, plural keys and a membrane circuit board. The keys are connected with the base plate. The membrane circuit board is arranged between the keys and the base plate. The base plate includes at least one elastic vibration absorber corresponding to a keycap or a stabilizer bar of the corresponding key. While the keycap is moved downwardly relative to the base plate, the sound resulted from the collision between the keycap or the stabilizer bar and the membrane circuit board or the base plate is reduced. Consequently, the operating comfort to the user is enhanced.

A keyboard device includes a key structure, a switch circuit board, a base plate, a soft covering element and a buffering pad. The key structure includes a keycap and a stabilizer bar. The stabilizer bar is connected with the keycap and the soft covering element. The soft covering element is disposed on the base plate. An accommodation space is defined by the soft covering element and the base plate collaboratively. The stabilizer bar is inserted into the accommodation space, so that the stabilizer bar is connected with the base plate. The buffering pad is disposed on the base plate and partially received within the accommodation space. The stabilizer bar and the base plate are made of metallic material. Since the stabilizer bar and the base plate are separated by the soft covering element and the buffering pad, the keyboard device is capable of reducing noise.
