The invention discloses a spinal lamina protector. The spinal lamina protector comprises a first protection part and a second protection part. Specifically, the first protection part comprises a first engaging portion, a first holding portion and a supporting portion, and the supporting portion and the first holding portion form an engaging rail. The engaging rail makes a second engaging portion of the second protection part insert in, and a second holding portion of the second protection part holds the first engaging portion while the second engaging portion is in the engaging rail. Therefore, the abovementioned structure of the spinal lamina protector forms a stable and length-adjustable structure, even if a pressure is pressed on the spinal lamina protector.

The present invention discloses a positioning and navigation system for surgery, comprising a wearable device and a surgical instrument connected to the wearable device. The wearable device comprises at least one processor, at least one millimeter-wave positioning module connected to the at least one processor, and a first display module connected to the at least one processor. The invention may detect the image information of the surgical site of the patient through at least one millimeter-wave positioning module, and display the image information on the first display module. Thereby, the invention assists the surgical instrument or doctor who wears the wearable device positioning and navigation during the surgery procedure.

A surgical kit includes a shield for covering a portion of the spine of a subject. The shield can include an attachment portion adapted to engage a bone fixation assembly which is adapted to be fixed on multiple vertebra bones of the subject. The bone fixation assembly can include a vertebra joining member secured between two bone anchors. Each bone anchor can include a fastener portion adapted to be implanted into a vertebra bone and a head coupling portion adapted to secure the vertebra joining member. The shield can be coupled to the bone fixation assembly via separate coupling elements, such as a clip or an adjustable link secured between two vertebra joining members of the bone fixation assembly. Alternatively, the shield can include an integral attachment portion configured to engage the bone fixation assembly directly.

The abovementioned enhancement structure provides a possibility for long-range charging the IMDs, which maintains the quality of user's lives and also reduces the risks of replacing the batteries through surgeries. The enhancement structure includes an enhancer, which comprises an emitter, a carrier, an IMD, and an enhancement module. The enhancement module is set within the carrier and disposed at the outer surface of user's skin between the emitter and the IMD. The charging signals emitted by the emitter is enhanced by the enhancement module and further transmitted for charging the IMD inside the user's tissue.

The present invention discloses a physiological signal wireless transmission system which is compatible with a magnetic resonance system. The physiological signal wireless transmission system comprises an implantable sensing device, and a power relay device wirelessly connected to the implantable sensing device. The implantable sensing device comprises a sensing module including at least one sensor, a data transmission module coupled to the sensing module, and a power receiving module coupled to the sensing module and the data transmission module. On the other hand, the power relay device comprising a data transmission antenna wirelessly connected to the data transmission module, a first microprocessor connected to the data transmission antenna, a display module connected to the first microprocessor, a power transmitting antenna wirelessly connected to the power receiving module, and a power emitting module coupled to the power transmitting antenna.

Physiological signal wireless transmission system and the operating method thereof

The wireless intracranial monitors comprise a main body, a wireless transceiver, a processing module, and a sensing module, in which the sensing module contains a catheter. On the catheter, a pressure sensor is configured to detect deformation of the catheter or a diaphragm connected to the pressure sensor. The detected deformation is then transmitted to the processing module through an in-catheter wire.
