Tissue product compositions and methods for treating a patient are provided. The tissue product composition may include a flowable carrier including a hyaluronic acid based material and acellular tissue matrix particles mixed within the carrier. Methods of producing the tissue product composition and an injection device filled with the tissue product composition are also provided.

Flowable acellular tissue matrix products and methods of production

Methods for introduction of flowable acellular tissue matrix products into a hand

Methods for producing crosslinked tissue matrices, crosslinked tissue matrices produced by such methods, as well as tissue products comprising such tissue matrices are disclosed. The methods comprise (1) dehydrating a collagen-containing tissue matrix to form a dehydrated collagen-containing tissue matrix; and (2) irradiating the dehydrated collagen-containing tissue matrix such that at least a portion of the dehydrated collagen-containing tissue matrix is crosslinked.

Methods for stabilizing collagen-containing tissue products against enzymatic degradation

The present application relates to use of transglutaminases to treat various tissue matrix products. The methods can include application of a transglutaminase to a partially denatured collagen-containing tissue matrix and implantation of the tissue matrix. The transglutaminase can facilitate adhesion with another collagen-containing tissue matrix, tissue surrounding the tissue matrix after implantation, or both.

Tissue matrix materials and enzymatic adhesives

Methods for treating tissue matrices and tissue matrices produced according to the methods are provided. The methods can include treating select portions of a tissue matrix with a fluid containing at least one agent to produce a tissue matrix with variable mechanical and/or biological properties.
