The present disclosure illustrates a fastening device including a sleeve, a rotary knob device and a drive cap. The sleeve is formed with a through-hole which defines a rotation space at a side thereof. A fastening part and a position-limiting ring are formed on an outer side of the sleeve, and the position-limiting ring includes multiple position-limiting fastening grooves on a periphery thereof. The rotary knob device includes a rotary rod movably inserted through the through-hole. The assembly space of the sleeve is formed with a sliding inner hole for covering the position-limiting ring of the sleeve, and the position-limiting ring is longitudinally movable in the sliding inner hole, and the sliding inner hole includes two long protrusion rods and two short protrusion rods formed on the sidewall thereof and separately fastened in the position-limiting fastening grooves. Therefore, the fastening device can be operated for locking or unlocking easily.

Fastening device

A floating fastener includes a base member, a limiter block fastened to one end of the base member and defining an elliptical constraint hole, a locking rod inserted through the non-circular constraint hole of the limiter block and having an annular groove extending around the periphery of the non-circular rod body thereof, a spring member sleeved onto the locking rod and stopped between a stop flange of the locking rod and the limiter block, and a knob fastened to one end of the locking rod and disposed outside the base member and operable to move the locking rod axially relative to the base member and to rotate the locking rod, when the locking rod is moved to the elevation where the annular groove of the locking rod is kept in the non-circular constraint hole of the limiter block, between a constrained position where the locking rod is stopped by the limiter block from axial movement relative to the base member and a released position where the locking rod is released from the constraint of the limiter block and movable axially relative to the base member.

Floating fastener

A quick-positioning captive screw includes a mounting base member having an outer thread spirally extending around the peripheral wall of a top flange thereof, the outer thread having a leading end terminating in the top edge of the top flange and a tail end terminating in the bottom edge of the top flange and cutting a part of the top flange into a rib, a lock screw having an inner thread located on the inside wall of a plastic cap thereof for threading through the outer thread into the space around the periphery of the mounting base member below the bottom edge of the top flange after bonding of the mounting base member to an external panel frame by reflow soldering, and a spring member sleeved onto the threaded shank of the screw bolt of the lock screw and stopped between the head of the screw bolt and the inside step of the mounting base member.

Quick-positioning captive screw

A quick-positioning screw assembly includes a cap having an inside annular flange and a locating groove or locating rib extending around the inside wall, a mounting socket bonded to a mounting through hole of a first plate member and having a top positioning flange extending around the periphery and detachably forced into engagement with the locating groove or locating rib of the cap, a screw press-fitted into the inner diameter of the inside annular flange of the cap for threading into a screw hole on a second plate member to secure the first plate member to the second plate member, and a compression spring mounted in the cap around the screw and stopped between the inside annular flange of the cap and an inside annular flange of the mounting socket.

Quick-positioning screw assembly

A fastener includes a socket for fastening to a mounting through hole of a first metal plate member, a screw member inserted through the socket for threading into a screw hole of a second metal plate member to joint the first and second metal plate members together, a barrel molded on the head of the screw member and axially movably coupled to the socket for enabling the screw member to be moved axially relative to the socket and rotated with the barrel relative to the socket and having interference devices protruded from the inside wall for friction engagement with the socket, and a spring member sleeved onto the shank of the screw member and stopped between the head of the screw member and an inside annular flange of the socket.

Fastener for joining metal plate members

A lighting source structure has a base having at least one electrode coupled to a power source and a plurality of light sources, with each light source electrically coupled to the electrode to produce light when stimulated. The plurality of light sources are arranged on the base in a manner such that the light produced from the plurality of light sources is projected to form a lighted area that has a central focus point which is separate from the locations of each of the plurality of light sources.

Lighting source structure

A connecting device for a weapon accessory has a seat having a sliding rack that removably connects the longitudinal groove of a weapon, and one or more gripping blocks disposed adjacent corresponding side walls of the seat. The gripping block assumes a first position where the gripping block extends inwardly towards the sliding rack to engage a selected transverse groove of the weapon, and a second position where the gripping block extends outwardly away from the respective side wall of the seat to release the longitudinal groove of the weapon. The connecting device also includes a control mechanism operatively coupled to the gripping block. The control mechanism assumes a normal position with the control mechanism controlling the gripping block to maintain the gripping block in the first position, and actuation of the control mechanism causes the gripping block to assume the second position.

Connecting device for weapon accessory

A method of manufacturing a laser module is provided, which includes the steps of providing a one-piece cylindrical housing having a bore, a front window and a rear opening, securing a lens piece in the bore adjacent the front window, introducing a laser diode into the bore through the rear opening, applying a force to the laser diode to insert the laser diode into the bore while simultaneously focusing the lens, and ceasing the application of force when the lens has been accurately focused. The present invention also provides a method of focusing the lens, which includes the steps of passing a laser beam from the laser diode through the lens, splitting the beam that has passed through the lens into separate first and second beams, directing the first beam at a first light receiving device, and directing the second beam at a second light receiving device, with respective dots being created at the first and second light receiving devices, and varying the distance between the lens and the laser diode until the dots received at the first and second light receiving devices have the same size.
