An electronic device including a plurality of light-emitting units, a driving circuit, and a controlling circuit is provided. The driving circuit is configured to drive at least one of the light-emitting units. The controlling circuit is configured to control the driving circuit. The plurality of light-emitting units, the driving circuit, and the controlling circuit are respectively disposed on different substrate.

Electronic device

A light detection element, including a first light detection unit, a second light detection unit, and a driving transistor, is provided. The first light detection unit includes a first transistor and a first light sensing unit. The first transistor and the first light sensing unit are electrically connected. The second light detection unit and the first light detection unit are electrically connected. The second light detection unit includes a second light sensing unit and a second transistor. The second light sensing unit and the second transistor are electrically connected. The driving transistor has a gate terminal. The gate terminal is electrically connected to the first light sensing unit and the second light sensing unit. In a time interval, the first transistor is not turned on and the second transistor is turned on.

Light detection element

An electronic device including a plurality of light-emitting units, a driving circuit, and a controlling circuit is provided. The driving circuit is configured to drive at least one of the light-emitting units. The controlling circuit is configured to control the driving circuit. The plurality of light-emitting units, the driving circuit, and the controlling circuit are respectively disposed on different substrates.

The disclosure provides a capacitor and an electronic device. The capacitor is disposed on a substrate with a protrusion. The capacitor includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an insulating layer. The first electrode has a first voltage. The second electrode has a second voltage different from the first voltage. The second electrode is closer to the substrate than the first electrode. The insulating layer is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The protrusion penetrates the second electrode and extends into the insulating layer. The electronic device includes the capacitor. The capacitor and the electronic device of the embodiments in the disclosure have a better yield.

Capacitor and electronic device

A driving circuit for driving a light emitting unit is provided. The driving circuit includes a driving transistor, a switch transistor, an emitting transistor, a first capacitor and a first compensation transistor. The switch transistor is coupled to the driving transistor. The emitting transistor is coupled between the light emitting unit and the driving transistor. The first capacitor is coupled to the driving transistor. The first compensation transistor is coupled to the first capacitor. A first end of the first compensation transistor and a first end of the emitting transistor receive same signal.

Driving circuit and electronic device for driving light emitting unit

A display device is provided. The display device includes a plurality of light-emitting modules. The at least one of the plurality of light-emitting modules includes a light-emitting unit group. The light-emitting unit group includes a plurality of light-emitting units coupled to each other in series. The first current source is coupled to the light-emitting unit group, and configured to provide a first current to drive the plurality of light-emitting units. The bypass unit includes a plurality of first switch units. The bypass unit is coupled to the light-emitting unit group in parallel. The plurality of first switch units are coupled to the plurality of light-emitting units in parallel.

Display device

A light emitting apparatus and a display device are provided. The light emitting apparatus includes a light emitting unit and a pixel circuit. The pixel circuit is electrically connected to the light emitting unit. The pixel circuit includes a first driving transistor and a second driving transistor. The first driving transistor and the second driving transistor are configured to provide a first driving current and a second driving current to the light emitting unit at the same time, respectively. The first driving transistor includes a first gate terminal. The second driving transistor includes a second gate terminal. The first gate terminal and the second gate terminal are electrically connected to different nodes. The display device includes the light emitting apparatus.

Light emitting apparatus and display device

A pixel circuit includes an OLED, a driving transistor, first and second transistors, a storage capacitor and a coupling capacitor. The OLED includes an anode and a cathode connected to a first voltage source. The driving transistor includes a first node connected to a second voltage source, a second node, and a third node connected to the anode. The first transistor includes first, second and third terminals connected to a data driving line, a first control signal source, and the second node, respectively. The second transistor includes a first terminal, a second terminal connected to a second control signal source, and a third terminal connected to the anode and the third node. The storage capacitor includes first and second terminals connected to a third voltage source and the second transistor, respectively. The coupling capacitor includes first and second terminals connected to the second transistor and the second node, respectively.

Pixel circuit and driving method and display device thereof

One embodiment of the invention includes an image compensation module, an OLED display panel, and an OLED display apparatus. A target current value corresponding to a target gray level is stored in a compensation memory portion. A reference gray level and a reference current value corresponding to the reference gray level are stored in a reference memory portion. A compensation gray level can be obtained by an arithmetic compensation unit according to the target current value, reference gray level, reference current value, and gamma parameter. This may reduce the memory space needed for the compensation and reference memory portions, and compensate the images of the display apparatus and panel so that precise colors can be displayed with a high image quality.
