A polymer and a method for preparing the same are provided. The polymer includes a first repeat unit and a second repeat unit. In particular, the first repeat unit is and, the second repeat unit is wherein Ris Ais F, Cl, Br, I, OH, HCO, HSO, SbF, BF, HPO, HPO, or HPO; X is i and j are independently 0, or an integer from 1 to 4; Y is &#x2014;O&#x2014;, &#x2014;S&#x2014;, &#x2014;CH&#x2014;, or &#x2014;NH&#x2014;; Ris independently Calkyl group; and, Rand Rare hydrogen, or independently Calkyl group.

Polymer and method for preparing the same

Bithiophene derivatives and semiconductor devices comprising the same

The disclosure is related to organic semiconductor compounds including benzodithieno(3,2-b:2',3&#x2032;-d)thiophene (BDTT) and the derivatives of benzodithieno(3,2-b:2&#x2032;,3&#x2032;-d)thiophene. The organic compounds of the disclosure have high resistance to the oxidation and high electrical stability. Accordingly, the semiconductor device having an organic semiconductor layer made of the organic compounds of the disclosure has stable electrical performance, and the reliability of the semiconductor device is improved.

Organic semiconductor compounds

A series of crosslinkable sulfonated poly(ether ketone)s containing cycloalkenyl groups were synthesized by aromatic nucleophilic substitution reaction. To decrease the swelling of fuel cell membranes, crosslinking of theses polymers by radical polymerization has been explored. These polymeric films exhibit good thermal and oxidative stability, and good dimensional stability in hot water. The proton conductivity of one example at room temperature is 7.52*10S/cm. The results showed that these materials containing cycloalkenyl groups are possible inexpensive candidate materials for proton exchange membranes in fuel cell applications.

Sulfonated polyether ether ketone ketone, film utilizing the same, and method for manufacturing the same

A photosensing soluble organic semiconductor material is disclosed, which includes a Diels-Alder adduct which is a polycyclic aromatic compound with a dienophile. The polycyclic aromatic compound is pentacene. And the dienophile is represented by the formula of O&#x2550;S&#x2550;N&#x2014;R, wherein Ris SOR, SOR, SO, or SO; and wherein Ris selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkoxy, acyl, aryl, aralkyl, chloroalkyl, fluoroalkyl, and substituted aryl with 1-12 carbon atoms.
