A projector includes a case, an optical engine, a heat sink, a circuit board, and a fan. The case includes two sidewalls, and each sidewall defines an air hole. The optical engine is received in the case. The heat sink is positioned on the optical engine. The circuit board is positioned between the heat sink and one of the sidewalls. The fan is received in the case. The air holes of the two sidewalls and the fan form a dissipating passage. The heat sink and the circuit board are positioned in the dissipating passage.

Projector with fan and heat sinks

A heat dissipation device of a light engine for a projector has a housing, a fan module, a light engine and a heat sink. The light engine is positioned in the housing and connected to the heat sink. The heat sink is positioned out of the housing. The housing has a fan-enclosed flow channel attached on an outer surface of the housing. The fan module is guided by the fan-enclosed flow channel to the heat sink to enhance heat dissipation efficiency of the light engine for the projector.

A dust-proof structure of a projector includes a color wheel module, an air diversion panel, and a circuit board. The color wheel module has a motor and a color wheel. The motor drives the color wheel by an axle to rotate. The air diversion panel is located on the circuit and positioned under the motor. The air diversion panel has an opening, a dust exit, and a dust collecting trough. The opening is positioned between the dust exit and the dust collecting trough. The circuit board has a sensor, which is placed in the opening of the air diversion panel. The dust exit and the dust collection trough of the air diversion panel prevent the sensor from dust aggregation.

Dust-proof structure of projector

An exhaust fan includes a fan frame, a fan, and a shielding plate. The fan frame defines a hollow shell, the hollow shell defines an air flow passage with an air inlet and an air outlet. The fan is received in the hollow shell, the fan includes a hub and a plurality of fan blades extending outward in a radial direction from circumference of the hub. The shielding plate is disposed at the air inlet side of the hub and covers an end surface of the hub facing the air inlet side. The shielding plate is separated from the hub.

A display projector lamp module includes a lamp, a mounting member supporting the lamp, a metal cover and a heat pipe. The mounting member and the metal cover cooperates to defines a room, and the lamp is received in the room. A plurality of first and second fins is mounted on opposite sidewalls of the cover to dissipate heat generated by the lamp. The heat pipe is mounted around a periphery of the cover and thermally contacts with the first and second fins.

Heat dissipation device for a display projector lamp module

A projector includes a digital micromirror device, a heat sink attached on the digital micromirror device and a thermoelectric cooling chip sandwiched between the digital micromirror device and the heat sink. The thermoelectric cooling chip includes a cold side contacting with the digital micromirror device and a hot side contacting with the heat sink.
