An additive manufacturing method and an object manufactured thereby are disclosed. The object includes a first component and a second component pivotally connected to each other through a rotation shaft. A first engaging element of the first component and a second engaging element of the second component spatially correspond to each other. When the object is manufactured in a manufacturing space, the first component is close to the second component, and the first engaging element and the second engaging element are disengaged with each other. After the object is manufactured, the first component is rotated relative to the second component at an adjustment angle around the rotation shaft. The first engaging element and the second engaging element are engaged with each other and locked, to form a use space of the object larger than the manufacturing space. It is beneficial to achieve the purpose of reducing the required manufacturing space.

Additive manufacturing method and object manufactured thereby

A roller structure is disclosed and includes at least one roller unit. The roller unit includes a base, an elastic portion, a supporting portion and a rotating wheel. The base is configured to detachably assemble the roller unit on an accommodation seat. The base includes a first lateral edge. The elastic portion is disposed on the base and connected with the first lateral edge. The elastic portion includes a bent section having an end extending and bent from the first lateral edge. The supporting portion is disposed on the elastic portion and connected to the other end of the bent section. The rotating wheel is pivotally connected to the supporting portion. When the rotating wheel is pressed by a driving wheel, the supporting portion is driven to compress the elastic portion to move the rotating wheel toward the base, and the rotating wheel is driven to rotate relative to the supporting portion.

Roller structure

A clutch claw applied to a clutch structure having a rotating shaft includes a claw portion, a base portion and at least two elastic portions. The base portion is opposite to the claw portion and has a peripheral edge. The claw portion and the base portion are coaxially disposed on the rotating shaft. Each elastic portion is at least partly disposed around part of the claw portion to provide elastic force. Each elastic portion has a first end and a second end. The first end is connected with the base portion and extended from the peripheral edge, the second end is connected with the claw portion, and there is at least one bent section between the first end and the second end. Therefore, the collision damage is prevented, and the impact and friction generated when the clutch claw is instantaneously rotated is avoided, thereby achieving the advantage of reducing noise.

Clutch claw and clutch structure using same

A detection device is disclosed for detecting an abnormal object in a printing path. The detection device includes a first frame body, a first rotation shaft, two flexible portions and a detection module. The first rotation shaft is pivotally connected to the first frame body and has a first central axis. The two flexible portions are disposed at two opposite ends of the first rotation shaft along the first central axis, to provide an initial torque. Each flexible portion is connected between the first rotation shaft and the first frame body. The detection module includes a detection plate connected to the first rotation shaft. When the detection plate is forced by the abnormal object, the detection plate drives the first rotation shaft against the initial torque to rotate around the first central axis, so that the detection module detects the rotation of the first rotation shaft and the detection plate.

Detection device

The disclosure is related to a positioning module and a handheld scanner using the same. The positioning module includes a base, a rotation support member, a shaft body, a wheel, a first sensor, and a second sensor. The rotation support member is pivoted to the base and rotates relative to the base about the first axis. The shaft body and the wheel are pivotally contacted to the main body and in constant contact with each other. When the wheel is rotated about a second axis due to a frictional force, the main body displace linearly and the shaft body is driven to rotate. Since the second axis is offset by the first axis, the rotation support member is driven to rotate at an angular displacement synchronously. The first and second sensors detect the shaft body and the main body to obtain the linear and angular displacements for positioning.

Positioning module and handheld scanner using the same

A paper pickup structure of a paper feeding device is provided. The paper pickup structure includes a rotating arm, including a connection portion, a base, and a combination member, in which the connection portion and the combination member are located on the base, a first gear, combined with the connection portion to be switched between a forward rotation state and a reverse rotation state, so as to drive the rotating arm to rotate, a limiting member, located on the rotating arm, in which one end of the limiting member is combined with the combination member of the rotating arm, or one end of the limiting member is separated from the combination member through the rotation of the rotating arm, a second gear, located on the base, and a third gear, driven by the second gear to rotate when the rotating arm rotates to a predetermined position.

A sheet stopping mechanism includes a guiding element, a sheet stopping element and a guiding slot. The guiding element includes a sheathing part and an extension arm. The sheathing part is sheathed around an axle of the sheet pick-up roller. The sheet stopping element includes a stopping part, a protrusion part and a contact part. The extension arm of the guiding element is upwardly sustained against at the contact part of the sheet stopping element. The protrusion part of the sheet stopping element is accommodated within the guiding slot. When the sheet pick-up roller is moved toward a sheet input tray, the guiding element is uplifted. As a result, the protrusion part of the sheet stopping element is shifted and rotated in the guiding slot, and a front edge of the paper sheet is no longer hindered by the stopping part of the sheet stopping element.

A mobile paper guide in an automatic document feeder (ADF) is comprised of draft platen, motor, connection rod, and paper guide plate; the rod including a knob inserted onto the rod, an arm extending from the knob for the rod to rotate as driven by platen; the rod and the platen engaging turns against each other when the rod is limited; the plate movably disposed to the arm; ADF having a chute above the paper guide; and the paper guide moves up and down therein to retain and align paper sheet.

A paper feeding and sheet separating differential device comprises a rotating shaft, a first roller, a second roller and an insertion pin, in which the first roller is installed on one end of the rotating shaft and comprises a first outer frame and a first raised mass disposed on an inner side of the first outer frame; the second roller is put around the rotating shaft and comprises a second outer frame, an accepting hole disposed inside the second outer frame and used for receiving the rotating shaft, a groove extended axially from the accepting hole to the second outer frame and the second raised mass disposed on an circumference of the accepting hole and used for propping against the first raised mass. Furthermore, the insertion pin is passed through the rotating shaft and then received in the groove.

Paper feeding and sheet separating differential device

A depth of field control device is provided. The depth of field control device is installed on an automatic document feeder having a scan glass surface. The depth of field control device comprises a plate member having at least one protrusion on its front side and a hook structure at its backside, wherein the hook structure at the backside of the plate member hooks the automatic document feeder and the protrusion is in contact with the scan glass surface; a reflection sheet attached to the plate member and fixed on the automatic document feeder; and a flexible device biasing the plate member at the backside of the plate member.

Depth of field control device

A roller apparatus for an automatic paper-feeding mechanism has two parallel swing rods. The two swing rods are biased upwards by an elastic component. An upper roller is rotatably disposed at an end between the two swing rods. A paper-in roller is rotatably disposed at another end between the two swing rods. A first gear is disposed on a shaft of the upper roller. A second gear is disposed on a shaft of the paper-in roller. A first idle wheel rotatably disposed on one of the two swing rods is engaged between the first gear and the second gear. A second idle wheel differentially matched with the first idle wheel is disposed on a shaft of the first idle wheel. The second idle wheel engages a central gear rotatably disposed on the shaft of the upper roller.
