A method for preparing a bifunctional film, including: (a) drying a first polymer solution to form a film to form an anti-adhesion layer, and (b) drying a second polymer solution over the anti-adhesion layer to form a film to form an attachment layer. The first polymer solution includes a first hydrophobic solution and a first hydrophilic solution, and in the first polymer solution, the weight ratio of the solute of the first hydrophobic solution to the solute of the first hydrophilic solution is 1:0.01-1. Moreover, the second polymer solution is composed of a second hydrophilic solution.

Bifunctional film

An anti-curling film is provided. The anti-curling film includes a first portion and a second portion covering the first portion. The first portion includes polylactic acid (PLA), polycaprolactone (PCL), polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate (PEGDMA) and a photoinitiator. The second portion includes polycaprolactone (PCL), gelatin, hyaluronic acid (HA), alginate (AA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) or a combination thereof.

Anti-curling film

The present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a porous film, including: preparing a polymer mixture solution, wherein the polymer mixture solution includes polycaprolactone and at least one hydrophobic polymer; adding solid particles as a dispersing agent to the polymer mixture solution and mixing the solid particles with the polymer mixture solution, wherein the amount of solid particles added is enough to convert the polymer mixture solution into a solid mixture; drying the solid mixture to form a film; and washing the film with a washing fluid to remove the solid particles from the film to form the porous film, wherein the weight ratio of the polycaprolactone to the at least one hydrophobic polymer is about 1:0.1-10, and wherein the weight ratio of the polycaprolactone and the at least one hydrophobic polymer to the solid particles is about 1:0.01-250.

Non-fibrous porous film and method for tissue adhesion

A method for preparing a bifunctional film, including: (a) drying a first polymer solution to form a film to form an anti-adhesion layer; and (b) drying a second polymer solution over the anti-adhesion layer to form a film to form an attachment layer. The first polymer solution includes a first hydrophobic solution and a first hydrophilic solution, and in the first polymer solution, the weight ratio of the solute of the first hydrophobic solution to the solute of the first hydrophilic solution is 1:0.01-1. Bifunctional film and method for preparing the same

A minimally invasive surgical device includes a main body, a buffer assembly and a cutter bit. The main body includes an inner tube and an outer tube, wherein the inner tube is disposed in the outer tube. An end of the buffer assembly is connected to the inner tube. The cutter bit is connected to another end of the buffer assembly, wherein the cutter bit has a cutting portion. When the cutting portion is in contact with an object, the buffer assembly is adapted to enable the cutter bit to move relatively to the inner tube to decrease a cutting force between the cutting portion and the object, and is adapted to enable the cutting portion to be tilted with a surface of the object.

Minimally invasive surgical device

A biodegradable sealant includes: a polyethylene glycol derivative; a photoinitiator; and a solvent, wherein the content of the polyethylene glycol derivative is about 10-75 wt % in the biodegradable sealant. The polyethylene glycol derivative is obtained by a substitution reaction, and in the substitution reaction, the polyethylene glycol is modified with methacrylic anhydride.

Method for manufacturing a porous film, porous film and method for tissue adhesion

An implanting device is used for implanting a membrane in a biological tissue. The implanting device includes a sleeve, a membrane storage element, an injection element and a bubble generating element. The membrane storage element is fixed at the sleeve. The injection element is inserted in the sleeve and the membrane storage element, and includes a capturing end and connecting end. The capturing end is for capturing the membrane and has a hole. The bubble generating element is connected to the connecting end, and is for providing a gas that is then outputted via the hole. By the rotation of the injection element, the capturing end extends straight out of the membrane storage element or retracts straight into the membrane storage element.

Implanting device

A cartilage repair implant, an auxiliary surgical tool kit and a cartilage repair system are provided. The cartilage repair implant includes a body and a plurality of pins. The body is a porous structure and is configured to carry cartilage repair material. The pins are fixed to the body for being inserted into a patient's bone. The auxiliary surgical tool kit includes a positioning sleeve and a click tool. The positioning sleeve has a through passage. A first alignment structure is disposed on the sidewall of the through passage. The click tool includes an outer tube and a push rod. A second alignment structure mutually aligned with the first alignment structure is disposed on the outer wall of the outer tube. The outer tube is configured to pass through the through passage. The push rod is slidably disposed in the outer tube. One end of the outer tube has a shaping blade for slicing a to-be-implanted region on an affected area of the patient. In which the shape of the to-be-implanted region is corresponding to the shape of the body.

Cartilage repair implant, auxiliary surgical tool kit and cartilage repair system

The disclosure provides a method for crosslinking a colloid, including: (a) providing a colloid solution; (b) adding a crosslinking agent and solid particles to the colloid solution, wherein the amount of solid particles added is enough to convert the colloid solution into a solid mixture, and wherein a crosslinking reaction proceeds in the solid mixture; and (c) removing the solid particles from the solid mixture.

A on-line monitoring system of a simulated heat-exchanger which includes a plurality of temperature sensors adapted to detect the temperatures of cold water and hot water at respective water inlets and water outlets, a flowrate detector adapted to detect the flow rate of cold water, an A/D converter adapted to convert detected temperature signals and flowrate signal into corresponding digital signals, and a microprocessor adapted to calculate total heat transmission rate subject to the data obtained from the A/D converter and to calculate the heat transmission constant of the heat exchanging tube inside the heat exchanging chamber, then to store the calculated data in a memory for use as a reference value for the calculation of a next heat transmission rate so as to further calculate the heat transmission rate and thickness of fouling of the heat exchanging tube by comparing the latest coefficient of heat transmission with the previous coefficient of heat transmission, permitting the calculated result to be shown through an output device such as a monitor, the change of coefficient of heat transmission being caused by the deposit of fouling in the inside wall of the heat exchanging tube.
