A control module is installed in a multi-antenna device having a wireless chip, and comprises a multi-antenna system, an antenna control unit, an application unit and a microprocessor. The multi-antenna system comprises antenna units. Each antenna unit comprises a main antenna and a reflecting unit, with the main antenna generating a radiation pattern in a single polarization direction, and the reflecting unit parallel to the single polarization direction and partially surrounding the main antenna. When a diode is conducted, the reflecting unit forms a rectangular closed slot structure as a reflector of the main antenna; conversely, the reflecting unit does not serve as the reflector. According to the signal strength or data receiving rates of the antenna units, the application unit controls the microprocessor to associate with an algorithm processing procedure to determine whether to conduct the diode for changing a radiation pattern of the multi-antenna system.

A method and an apparatus for correcting wireless signal quality are provided. The apparatus includes an abnormality detector and a quality adjuster. The abnormality detector collects multiple measurement values reported by a user equipment (UE), calculates a variation degree value according to the measurement values, and compares the variation degree value with a predetermined threshold value. The measurement values are generated by the UE when the UE measures the wireless signal quality of an evolved node B. The measurement values include a first reference signal receiving quality (RSRQ) of the evolved node B. When the variation degree value is larger than the predetermined threshold value, the quality adjuster corrects the first RSRQ based on the measurement values to generate a second RSRQ of the evolved node B.

An optical storage medium having a three-dimensional data pattern, and fabrication method thereof. The optical storage medium includes a substrate and a plurality of recording layers, each constituting a fluorescent oligomer. Due to the high quantum yield and high stock shift of the fluorescent oligomer, the recording layers emit intensive fluorescent signals when the optical storage medium is illuminated with reading beams. Accordingly, the recording sensitivity and the readout characteristics of optical storage mediums are improved without additional signal-amplifying structures or materials.

Preparation of cyanine dye for high density optical recording disk

This invention provides a novel process for preparing soluble phthalocyanines by microwave irradiation in the absence of any organic solvent. Three different starting materials, i.e. t-butylphthalic anhydride, t-butyl phthalonitrile and metal-free H Pc (tetra-t-butylphthalocyanine) have been adopted, respectively. The starting material with proper metal compound, such as chloride or acetate were irradiated in a commercial microwave oven for a period of 1 to 30 minutes at a power of 200&tilde;900 W. This process is noted to reduce drastically reaction time of MPc formation from 8&tilde;24 hours to 10&tilde;30 minutes due to its unique heating by microwave irradiation. Sandwiched type MPc (such as Lu Pc ) can be produced only through metal replacement from metal-free phthalocyanine by microwave irradiation.
