A projection device is disposable into a display platform of a display rack having a plurality of display platforms, for directly projecting an image frame onto a projection screen of the display platform. The image frame projected to the projection screen is not reflected by any reflective mirror arranged between the projection device and the projection screen. A length of the image frame in a first direction is equal to at least ten times a length of the image frame in a second direction. Since no reflective mirror is arranged between the projection device and the projection screen, the projection device is more easily applicable to display racks.

The present invention relates to an injection unit of a two-stage injection molding machine having an injection device and a meter device for providing plastic to the injection device. The injection motor of the injection device is secured to the base and does not move along with the injection linkage member so as to decrease the movement momentum and improve the injection response and acceleration capability. Additionally, the injection device can adopt a plurality of injection motors for meeting the injection capability requirement without employing high power injection motors. The length of the injection molding machines is relatively shortened, thus the problem of the prior arts is solved.

A discharge apparatus for a two-stage injection molding machine, includes a check shaft seat having a runner, and disposed between a feeding portion and an injection portion of the two-stage injection molding machine, for allowing a plastic material in the feeding portion to enter the injection portion via the runner; at least one check shaft disposed in the check shaft seat, and for opening and closing the runner via movement of the check shaft; at least one cover provided at a side of the check shaft seat, and having at least one discharge hole for discharging residues of the plastic material between the check shaft seat and the check shaft; and at least one adjustable unit for adjusting a discharge speed of the residues of the plastic material. The discharge hole and the adjustable unit can prevent locking of the check shaft and pollution from degraded residues of plastic material.

Discharge apparatus for two-stage injection molding machine

A parallelism adjustment device applicable to nano-imprint lithography has an imprint unit, a carrier unit, a parallelism adjustment mechanism, and a driving source. The imprint unit has a first molding plate and an imprinting mold mounted on the first molding plate. The carrier unit has a second molding plate and a substrate mounted on the second molding plate. The parallelism adjustment mechanism has an enclosed resilient film and a fluid filled therein, and is coupled to at least one of the first and second molding plates. The driving source drives at least one of the imprint unit and the carrier unit to form contact between the mold and the moldable layer. The parallelism adjustment device is pressed via the contact to adjust parallelism for the imprint mold and the substrate and uniformly distributes the pressure between the mold and the substrate, making the molding quality of nano-imprint lithography significantly improved.

A two-stage injection molding machine having a pressure sensor device is proposed. The two-stage injection molding machine includes an injection part having an injection cylinder, a driving unit, and an injection rod installed in the injection cylinder; a metering part for feeding plastic material to the injection cylinder of the injection part; and a loadcell installed between the injection rod and the driving unit, wherein pressures in the injection cylinder during the feed metering, injection, and packing processes are detected via the loadcell and the pressure sensor rod. As a result, an accurate pressure feedback control is implemented to achieve high precision injection molding quality. And with the two-stage injection molding machine having such a simple structural design, occurrence of signal distortion and delayed response is prevented.

An electromagnetic coaxial driving injection apparatus, having a linear motor for driving injection and a rotation motor for metering. The linear motor and the rotation motor of both the injection and metering motors and an injection screw are set on a common axis. A connecting device connects moving parts of the motors with the injection screw. Stationary parts of the motors are fastened on a frame and forward-backward moving unit, not moving during injection and metering. Due to the arrangement of the moving parts and the injection screw on a single axis, moving parts are lessened, and transmission losses are minimized. Since the number of structural parts is low, only the moving parts of the motors move during injection while the stationary parts thereof remain at rest, thus greatly reducing inertia. Furthermore, since the moving axis of the injection screw and the injection screw are linked, without being connected with stators or other structural parts, injection is performed with minimal friction, enhancing effectiveness of the apparatus. The main characteristic of the present invention is that, due to direct driving of injection without mechanical transmission, the effects of hysteresis and backlash are avoided. Furthermore, inertia and friction are reduced. The present invention increases the response and reappearance of the system.

Electromagnetic coaxial driving injection apparatus

The present invention is a force detecting controlling device for a screw of an injection molding machine, which utilities a load cell as a force sensor for injection, holding pressure and back pressure. The load cell arranged on a rear fixed plate directly detects a force applied onto a ball screw nut. Because the ball screw nut is fastened on the load cell, and the load cell is fixed on the rear fixed plate, the force on a ball screw is directly transmitted to the ball screw nut. Therefore, a total value of the force on the ball screw produced by back pressure and friction among mechanical parts are equal to a force value of the ball screw nut applying onto the load cell. The injection force detected via the load cell for an instant response reaches a close loop control and procedures of holding pressure and back pressure are specifically controlled as well.

Force detecting controlling device of a screw for an injection molding machine

A nozzle-contacting device of an injection molding machine includes an injection module and a mold-holding structure both set on a lathe bed. The injection module sets a nozzle at a front end thereof and a nozzle-adjusting device, which is fixed and locked on the lathe bed, at a back end thereof. The mold-holding structure includes a mold-clamping structure and an adjusting plate, wherein the mold-holding structure sets plural tie rods. A mold is fixed and locked on the adjusting plate which is sleeved on plural tie rods, and one or more driver set on a front end of a dead plate penetrates the dead plate to connect to the adjusting plate. Furthermore, the dead plate has a perforation set on a center thereof corresponding to a position of the nozzle of the injection module.

A uniform pressing apparatus used in nanoimprint lithographic process is proposed, including a housing having a first flange; a first carrier unit for carrying an imprint mold and having at least one second flange freely attaches to the first flange; a second carrier unit for carrying a substrate; at least one uniform pressing unit mounted on a imprint force transmission path; and a power source driving at least one of the housing and the second carrier unit to allow a contact to be formed between the mold and the moldable layer. Therefore, the nanoimprint lithographic process is achieved with good parallelism between the substrate and the mold and with uniform pressure distribution.

A clamping device for injection-molding machine includes a high-speed screw rod unit having a nut element screwed thereto and a movable mold holder connected to a front end thereof, a clamping screw rod unit screwed to a rear end of the nut element and connected to a transmission assembly, a pre-pressing unit adjustably tightened to the clamping screw rod unit for the latter to generate a pre-pressure against the nut element, and a braking unit adapted to brake the nut element. When the nut element is not braked, the high-speed screw rod unit is driven by the transmission assembly to move forward at high speed for closing mold. And, when the nut element is braked and the clamping screw rod unit is driven by the transmission assembly to rotate relative to the nut element, the nut element is linearly pushed forward to generate a high-pressure clamping force during closing mold.
