A method for detecting one or more objects adjacent to a vehicle includes capturing a image of an object adjacent to the vehicle; determining a driving area in the image; cutting the driving area to form an identification window; selecting an identification area in the identification window; accessing a plurality of object image data in a memory to compare the plurality of object image data with the identification area; and identifying a specific object in the identification area by the processor.

Method and system for detecting object(s) adjacent to vehicle

Disclosed are ultra-small, planar antennas. The antennas include a circuit board having a first side and a second side and an off-center connector aperture and connector pad; a connector perpendicularly engaging the off-center connector aperture and connector pad of the circuit board; and a radiating element positioned adjacent the off-center connector aperture on a surface of circuit board having a perpendicular connection in plane to the off-center connector pad wherein the radiating element is not positioned below the connector. The ultra-compact, meander line, planar antenna, such as a planar inverted F antenna (PIFA), can be incorporated into wireless networking devices operating in the 2.4 GHz WiFi band. The combination of meander line and antenna elements yield improved performance operating in either free space or connected to a ground plane. Its compact design makes it ideal for WiFi, ZigBee, Bluetooth, and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac applications.

Ultra-small planar antennas

A cloud-based transregional license-plate-recognition system and a method thereof are disclosed. The system includes a local license-plate-capture module and a cloud license-plate-recognition module. The local license-plate-capture module captures a license plate image when detecting that a vehicle is approaching, obtains position information, modulates the license plate image and the position information into recognition information and sends the recognition information to the cloud license-plate-recognition module. The cloud license-plate-recognition module retrieves and demodulates the recognition information to retrieve a recognition image and index information, selects at least one of a plurality of recognition logics according to the index information, and executes a license-plate-recognizing process on the recognition image by the selected recognition logic for generating license plate information. The disclosed system eliminates operations relating to geographic region and increases the recognition success rate and recognition speed and decreases the equipment hardware cost of local end.

Cloud-based transregional license-plate-recognition system and method thereof

A total harmonic current distortion (THDi) control circuit includes a power factor correction circuit and a control circuit. The power factor correction circuit includes a boost unit, an inverter unit, and a feedback unit. The boost unit includes a switch element and a current detection element series-coupled to the switch element. The feedback unit operatively detects an output voltage and an output current of the power factor correction circuit. The control circuit calculates an output power according to the output voltage and the output current, and calculates an input voltage and an input current according to the output power. The control circuit outputs a pulse width modulation signal and controls a conduction current generated by the switch element according to the input current. The control circuit adjusts the duty cycle of the pulse width modulation signal according to the conduction current detected by the current detection element.

An automatic feed supply machine comprising a housing containing a feed container. The feed container has a flexible bottom wall and a pushing plate for moving feed to an outlet. The outlet is closed by a disk. A motor vibrates the flexible bottom and moves the pushing plate. A common actuating lever moves the disk to an open position and operates the motor to dispense feed through the opening and into and through a nozzle.

An improved mechanics creeper which consists of a fore creeper and a rear creeper, wherein a lower junction edge is provided on a front end of the rear creeper, a plurality of holes are provided on the lower junction edge and a dovetail mortise is provided on each of two sides of the lower junction edge; an upper junction edge is provided on a rear end of the fore creeper to correspond to the lower junction edge, a plurality of pillars are provided on an inner side of the upper junction edge to be inserted in the holes on the lower junction edge, and a dovetail tenon is provided on each of two inner sides of the upper junction edge to be inserted in the dovetail mortise; through assembly of the lower junction edge of the rear creeper with the upper junction edge of the fore creeper, an integral mechanics creeper is formed and can be disassembled and then assembled anew at a junction of both the fore and rear creepers.
