Method, system, and computer-readable medium for obtaining aggregated multi-scale first and second dimensional receptive field information

The present disclosure relates to a Temporal Information Aggregation (TIA) neural network block to extract underlying multiscale temporal information. By applying TIA, information in different temporal scales may be effectively extracted. The TIA block may be implemented as a block and thus may be inserted into any architectures. The extracted multi-scale temporal information contributes to the final output as a residual.

Video understanding neural network systems and methods using the same

Provided are a method for detecting a highlight moment, an electronic device, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium. The electronic device captures a sequence of images of a field of view with a first frame rate, the sequence of images including at least an initiation of the highlight moment. In response to determining, based on at least a gray centroid of a region of interest (ROI) of one image of the sequence of images, that an object appears in the ROI of the sequence of images from the one image, the electronic device determines the one image as an initial image at which the highlight moment is initiated. The electronic device further stores multiple highlight images in association with the highlight moment in the memory of the electronic device. The stored highlight images correspond to the first frame rate.

A power subsystem is configured to manage the maximum power usage of a computer subsystem. A power detector determines when power usage approaches the maximum capability of the power supply. The power detector generates a signal that corresponds to power usage. A controller then applies the signal to the system voltage regulator as a secondary regulation function such that the output voltage is reduced in a manner that supports maximum operating voltage while limiting power usage to within the capability of the power supply. The controller may configure the signal to implement the secondary regulation function as a modification of the feedback voltage, the reference voltage, or the current feedback of the regulator. As a result the subsystem causes the computer subsystem to operate at an optimum point on the voltage-current curve of the power supply.
