A computer based method for an electronic marketing campaign from a customer to a contact receives a campaign having an email message body and a historic profile of a previous campaign by the customer. The email message body includes text and image data. The email message body is preprocessed based upon the campaign and the historic profile to produce campaign training data. A neural network learning model is trained with the campaign training data. The neural network provides a subject line recommendation inference, and named entity recognition is performed on the subject line recommendation.

A method for scalable and secure vehicle to everything communications may include receiving telematics data from a plurality of vehicles and tracking the vehicles within a window which is centered based on the telematics data. The position of the window may be determined based on positions of the vehicles. The method may include dividing the vehicles within the window into partitions having sizes based on a maximum number of vehicles within the partitions, and determining a metric representing a suitability of communications between the vehicles in the window.

Systems and methods herein represent an IoT device as an endpoint of private cloud. A virtualization service receives an IoT identifier for an IoT device and a network address for a virtual endpoint for the IoT device. The virtual endpoint for the IoT device is included in a host cloud platform. The virtualization service maps the IoT identifier to the network address in a distributed data structure for the service provider network and provides instructions, for an edge node for the service provider network, to provide network-layer access controls based on the mapping. The edge node for the service provider network receives an access request from the IoT device, applies a network-layer access control for the IoT device based on the instructions, receive IoT data from the IoT device when the edge node permits access by the IoT device, and forwards the IoT data to the virtual endpoint.

Virtual network endpoints for internet of things (IoT) devices

A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which a global identification service is provided. The service includes a selection of an Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) address to an end device. The service encrypts a unique identifier of the end device with an encryption key to generate an IPv6 address. The service verifies whether the IPv6 address is an IPv6 address allocated to or owned by a service provider. When the IPv6 address is an allocated or owned IPv6 address, the IPv6 address is assigned to the end device. When the IPv6 address is not an allocated or owned IPv6 address, the service selects another encryption key until a suitable IPv6 address is generated. Subsequent to an assignment of the IPv6 address, a network uses the IPv6 address as a globally unique identifier for the end device.

Global identification of devices based on designated IPv6 address

A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are provided to store a hardware identifier that uniquely identifies an IoT device; perform an attachment procedure with a wireless network, wherein the attachment procedure includes authenticating the IoT device by the wireless network and establishing a bearer connection; establish a secure channel with an authentication device via the bearer connection, in response to successfully completing the attachment procedure; transmit, to the authentication device, a first request to authenticate the IoT device, wherein the first request includes the hardware identifier; receive, from the authentication device, a first response that indicates whether the IoT device is authenticated; and determine that the IoT device is authenticated based on the first response.

Hardware identification-based security authentication service for IoT devices

A network device logs transmission control protocol (TCP) flow data for connections between registered devices that are registered for use of secure Internet of Things (IoT) application programming interfaces (APIs). The logging generates logged flow data. The network device receives, from a first registered device, a call validation request for an IoT API call directed to the first registered device from a second registered device. The call validation request includes packet information of the IoT API call. The network device compares the packet information with the logged TCP flow data. When the comparing indicates a match of the packet information and the logged TCP flow data, the network device sends a response to the first registered device to accept the IoT API call. Otherwise, the network device sends a response to the first registered device to reject the IoT API call.

Internet-of-Things partner integration

A device can receive, from a user device, a request associated with a data service that includes one or more service identifiers. The device can determine whether the data service is toll-free by providing, to a server, a validation request that includes the one or more service identifiers. The device can receive a response from the server that indicates that the user device is eligible to use the data service toll-free. The device can obtain an internet protocol (IP) address that is reserved for the data service by using a service identifier to search a data structure. The device can provide the IP address to the user device to allow the user device to use the IP address for a data session. Traffic flow for the data session can be received by another server that uses the IP address to update an account of an entity sponsoring the data service.

A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium provides to receive a packet from an Internet of Things (IoT) device, wherein the packet carries IoT data; determine a classification of the IoT device from which the first packet is received, in response to a receipt of the packet, wherein the classification indicates a type of IoT device; select standard data types assigned to the classification of the IoT device, in response to a determination of the classification of the IoT device; determine whether the IoT data includes all of the standard data types based on the standard data types selected; convert the IoT data into an IoT standard format in response to a determination that the IoT data includes all of the standard data types; generate another packet that includes the IoT data in the IoT standard format in response to a conversion of the IoT data; and transmit the other packet to a network device.

A method for scalable and secure vehicle to everything communications may include receiving, at a communications management device, telematics data from a plurality of vehicles. The method may further include segregating the plurality of vehicles into initial clusters based on the telematics data, and dividing the initial clusters into binary space partitions having various sizes, where the size of each binary space partition is based on a maximum number of vehicles in the binary space partition. The method may include determining, for a selected vehicle within an associated binary space partition, a metric representing a suitability of communications between the selected vehicle and other vehicles in the associated binary space partition, receiving updated telematics data from the plurality of vehicles, shifting the initial clusters based on the updated telematics data, and updating the binary space partition based on the shifted clusters.

A network device stores capability designations associated with Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices and receives, from a customer device, one or more of the capability designations associated with a first type of IoT device. The network device receives event data generated by the first type of IoT device and maps the event data to the one or more of the capability designations. The mapping produces normalized IoT data for the first type of IoT device. The network device generates semantic information for the normalized IoT data and assembles a device model for the first type of IoT device. The device model includes the one or more of the capability designations and the semantic information.

Generating and sharing models for Internet-of-Things data

A device may receive content to be provided to a plurality of receiver devices. The device may encrypt the content to form encrypted content. The device may provide the encrypted content to the plurality of receiver devices. The device may determine a plurality of respective latency values for the plurality of receiver devices. A latency value, of the plurality of latency values, may identify a length of time between the device sending information to a respective receiver device, of the plurality of receiver devices, and the information being received by the respective receiver device. The device may provide, to the plurality of receiver devices, a security key for decrypting the encrypted content. The security key may be provided, based on the plurality of latency values, to cause the plurality of receiver devices to receive the security key substantially simultaneously.

Providing simultaneous access to content in a network

A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are provided to store a hardware identifier that uniquely identifies the IoT device; perform an attachment procedure with a wireless network, wherein the attachment procedure includes authenticating the IoT device by the wireless network and establishing a bearer connection; establish a secure channel with a first network device via the bearer connection, in response to successfully completing the attachment procedure; transmit, to the first network device, a first request to authenticate the IoT device, wherein the first request includes the hardware identifier; receive, from the first network device, a first response that indicates whether the IoT device is authenticated; determine that the IoT device is authenticated based on the first response; and transmit, to the first network device, a second request for a key in response to a determination that the IoT device is authenticated.

A device can receive a request to determine a set of navigational directions, and can obtain a set of traffic objects associated with a first map layer. The set of traffic objects can include nodes to identify one or more geographic locations and one or more links to identify one or more geographic areas between the nodes. The device can determine a shortest-path tree by analyzing the set of traffic objects, the shortest-path tree being associated with a static data structure. The device can generate a dynamic data structure that includes the shortest-path tree and a set of additional traffic objects associated with a second map layer. The device can determine a shortest path by analyzing traffic objects associated with the shortest-path tree and the set of additional traffic objects. The device can provide the set of navigational directions to indicate the shortest path.
