An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnetic unit, a magnetic moving subunit, a first conduct, a second conduct, a movable lead, and a movable contact. The movable lead has a swing portion and a resilient linkage portion. The movable contact is disposed on the swing portion. When the electromagnetic unit is energized, the magnetic moving subunit is attracted by the electromagnetic unit and pushes the resilient linkage portion of the movable lead such that the resilient linkage portion urges the swing portion to swing and that the movable contact disposed on the swing portion is urged to be in contact with one of the first contact and the second contact. When the electromagnetic unit is de-energized, the electromagnetic unit ceases to attract the magnetic moving subunit such that the movable contact is in contact with the other one of the first contact and the second contact.

Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes a magnetic attractive member magnetically attractable by an electromagnet unit, and a conductive resilient plate connected to the magnetic attractive member and having a movable portion fixed to the magnetic attractive member, and a movable contact being urged to contact with a first stationary contact. A flexible conductive member is connected to the conductive resilient plate. When the electromagnetic unit is energized and attracts the magnetically attractive member to move the conductive resilient plate therealong, the movable contact contacts with a second stationary contact. When the electromagnetic unit is de-energized, the movable contact contacts with the first stationary contact.

An electromagnetic relay includes a base having a receiving space, an electromagnetic unit disposed outside of the receiving space, a magnetically attractive member magnetically attractable by the electromagnet unit, a first stationary contact disposed in the receiving space, a second stationary contact, a movable terminal member and a movable contact. When the electromagnetic unit is energized, the movable terminal member is pushed by the magnetically attractive member and the movable contact contacts one of the first and second stationary contacts. When the electromagnetic unit is de-energized, the movable contact contacts the other one of the first and second stationary contacts.

An electromagnetic relay includes a base, an electromagnet disposed on the base, an armature unit having a magnetically attractive member magnetically attractable by the electromagnet, a movable terminal unit mounted on the armature unit and including a first terminal member and a first contact, and a stationary terminal member mounted on the base. The first terminal member is a two-piece structure composed of a spring plate and a first leg. A ratio of the thickness of the first leg to the thickness of the spring plate ranges from 2 to 4. When the electromagnet is energized and de-energized, the first contact contacts and moves away from the second contact, respectively. A method of making the electromagnetic relay is also disclosed.

Electromagnetic relay and a method of making the same

A switch assembly includes a switch unit having first and second conductive plates, and a switch control unit having a sliding member and a locking member. The sliding member has a closed cycle guide groove, and the locking member has a locking portion to slide in the guide groove. When the locking portion is engaged in a first locking site of the guide groove, the first and second conductive plates are stabilized in their electrically disconnected state. When the locking portion is engaged in a second locking site of the guide groove, the first and second conductive plates are stabilized in their electrically connected state.

Switch assembly

An electromagnetic relay assembly includes a switching unit to push a sliding member and to place a locking portion of a locking member to lock the sliding member at a first position where the switching unit switches a first conductive plate and a second conductive plate to an electrically disconnected state. When a coil is energized, the sliding member is moved to a second position, and the locking portion of the locking member is placed to lock the sliding member in the second position where the switching unit is actuated by the sliding member to switch the first and second conductive plates to an electrically connected state.

Electromagnetic relay assembly having a switch control unit

A method of operating a non-volatile memory having a substrate, a gate, a charge-trapping layer, a source region and a drain region is provided. The charge-trapping layer close to the source region is an auxiliary charge region and the charge-trapping layer close to the drain region is a data storage region. Before prosecuting the operation, electrons have been injected into the auxiliary charge region. When prosecuting the programming operation, a first voltage is applied to the gate, a second voltage is applied to the source region, a third voltage is applied to the drain region and a fourth voltage is applied to the substrate. The first voltage is greater than the fourth voltage, the third voltage is greater than the second voltage, and the second voltage is greater than the fourth voltage to initiate a channel initiated secondary hot electron injection to inject electrons into the data storage region.

Method of operating non-volatile memory

A memory device is provided. The memory device includes a first control gate, a second control gate, a plurality of first charge storage elements, a plurality of second charge storage elements and a semiconductor. The plurality of first charge storage elements is beside the first control gate, and each of the first charge storage elements is located on the different side of the first control gate. The plurality of second charge storage elements is beside the second control gate. The semiconductor is located between the first and second control gates.

Memory devices

A three-dimensional (3D) semiconductor structure with high density and method of fabricating the same are disclosed. The 3D semiconductor structure comprises at least a first memory cell and a second memory cell stacked on the first memory cell. The first memory cell comprises a first conductive line and a second conductive line. The second memory cell comprises another first conductive line opposite to the first conductive line of the first memory cell, and the second conductive line formed between said two first conductive lines of the first and second memory cells. The first and second memory cells share the second conductive line when the 3D semiconductor structure is programming and erasing, and each of the first and second memory cells has a diode.

Three-dimensional semiconductor structure

A memory operating method includes the following steps. First, a memory with a charge storage structure is provided. Next, the memory is biased to a first threshold voltage. Then, the memory is biased to a second threshold voltage. Next, the memory is biased to a third threshold voltage. The first threshold voltage is higher than a first level. The second threshold voltage is lower than a second level. The third threshold voltage is approximating or equal to the second level.

Method for erasing/programming/correcting memory

A semiconductor process test structure comprises an electrode, a charge-trapping layer, and a diffusion region. The test structure is a capacitor-like structure in which the charge-trapping layer will trap charges during various processing steps. Gate-induced drain leakage (GIDL) measurement techniques can then be used to characterize the charging status of the test structure.

A memory array comprising vertical memory cells does not require any isolation layers between cells. Thus, a very compact, high density memory array can be achieved. Each memory cell in the memory array is configured to store 4 bits of data per cell. Multi-level charge techniques can be used to increase the number of bit per cell and achieve further increased density for the memory array.

A method of making a relay includes: preparing a relay core member; coupling first, second and third terminals to the relay core member by moving the same horizontally relative to the relay core member such that terminal portions of the first, second and third terminals enter notches formed in the relay core member in a horizontal direction; and enclosing the relay core member, the first terminal, the second terminal, and the third terminal within a housing, and sealing the housing with resin.

Method of making a relay

An electromagnetic relay includes a casing, and a relay core member sealed in the casing and including an electromagnetic unit and a terminal unit. The electromagnetic unit includes a spool frame set having an engagement portion, a coil unit wound on the spool frame set, and a pair of coil winding pins. Each of the coil winding pins has a conductive portion exposed from one of opposite first sides of the spool frame set, and a coil winding portion extending along one of opposite second sides of the spool frame set. The terminal unit includes an engaging block having an engagement portion connected to the engagement portion of the spool frame set for preventing separation of the terminal unit from the electromagnetic unit, a terminal set, and an armature component.

An electromagnetic relay includes: a casing formed with an opening; a relay core member adapted for generating an electromagnetic field and inserted into the casing through the opening; an actuating set that is inserted into the relay core member, that is exposed from the casing, and that can be driven by a magnetic attraction force attributed to the electromagnetic field; a terminal set disposed on the casing and adapted to be actuated by the actuating set to thereby act as a switch mechanism; and a housing accommodating the casing, the relay core member, the actuating set and the terminal set.
