The present disclosure provides a reaction cassette for biochemical test. The reaction cassette includes a structural wall, a first flow guiding member and an obstacle member. The structural wall defines a reaction region and a channel region, wherein the reaction region is connected to the channel region. The first flow guiding member is disposed in the channel region, and a first angle between the structural wall and the first flow guiding member ranges between 0 and 60 degrees. The obstacle member is disposed on the structural wall, and a second angle between the obstacle member and the structural wall is greater than 90 degrees. The present disclosure further provides an assay device including said reaction assay for biochemical test.

Reaction cassette and assay device

A reaction cassette and a biochemical assay device are disclosed. The reaction cassette for biochemical assay comprises a housing with structural walls defining a liquid mixing space for accommodating at least one mixing zone, wherein the at least one mixing zones comprises at least one blending structures for generating a vortex phenomenon in liquid, thereby improving the degree of mixture of a liquid sample and a dried reagent.

A holding device comprises a first accommodation portion, a second accommodation portion, an elastic portion, and an actuating portion. The elastic portion includes a first end contacting the first accommodation portion and a second end contacting the actuating portion. The first accommodation portion includes at least one aperture. The second accommodation portion includes at least one connecting part, which passes through the aperture and connects with the actuating portion. When the actuating portion is pressed toward the first accommodation portion, a space between the first accommodation portion and the second accommodation portion expands.
