A water tank configured to store water from a water supply includes an inlet configured to receive water from the water supply, and an outlet configured to dispense water. The water tank includes a reflective coating positioned on an inner surface of the tank, and an end wall including a light emitting diode oriented toward the outlet. The light emitting diode and the reflective coating are operable to disinfect water from the water supply.

An electric scooter of standing drive has a pair of dolly wheels located behind the rear wheel to work as a parking stand. At the parked position with the handlebar stem folded, the scooter can be pulled away by hand, and vertically stand using the dolly wheels and the rear end of the deck frame to touch the ground. The scooter has a front wheel drive to assist it to start from stop, eliminating the kicking start. An electric scooter of standing-sitting drive is an improvement to the electric scooter of standing drive type. It has a seat of flat plate hinging on a pair of supporting parallel posts. The seat works as a front part of the standing deck for standing drive. When the posts rise to vertical, the seat is set for sitting drive. Its handlebar stem can be tilted and set to desired angles for comfortable driving.

A method of constructing a water heater includes the steps of providing a tank having a metal interior tank wall and a heat exchanger positioned within the tank, coating the interior tank wall and the heat exchanger with a first layer comprising glass enamel, and coating a portion of the first layer with a second layer comprising an organic polymer to protect the portion of the first layer from exposure to water in the tank.

The organic polymer coatings resist corrosion or blistering when used to store or contain water. A corrosion-resistant, copper-finned heat exchanger for a water heater is provided. The heat exchanger includes a conduit through which water runs, heat-transfer fins extending from the conduit and an anti-corrosive coating containing electroless nickel. The heat-transfer fins contain copper, and the coating is deposited directly onto at least one of the copper heat-transfer fins.
