A flangeof the containeris shaped to provide a recessed portion. A restricting mechanismincludes: a collar portion; a first restricting portionconfigured to be located in the recessed portion; a second restricting portionprovided above the first restricting portionand inward of the collar portion; and a second moving mechanism. The second moving mechanism is configured to move the second restricting portionalong an extending direction B between a first position, in which the second restricting portionis opposed to the flangeof the containerin an up-down direction A, and a second position, in which the second restricting portionis opposed to the recessed portionin the up-down direction A without being opposed to the flangein the up-down direction A.
