A fuel supply device for an internal combustion engine includes a tank that stores gas fuel, a fuel injection valve that supplies gas fuel to a cylinder, a fuel pipe that supplies gas fuel in the tank to the fuel injection valve, a pressure reducing valve provided downstream of the tank in the fuel pipe, a second shut-off valve as an electromagnetic valve that is provided downstream of the pressure reducing valve in the fuel pipe so as to open and close the fuel pipe, and a controller. A pressure reduced by the pressure reducing valve is defined as an outlet-side pressure. The pressure reducing valve includes a valve member that opens and closes in accordance with an increase and a decrease in the outlet-side pressure. The controller executes a valve closing process of closing the second shut-off valve when a stop condition for stopping fuel injection of the fuel injection valve is met.

Fuel supply device for internal combustion engine

An internal combustion engine includes a direct injection valve that directly inject gaseous fuel from an injection hole into a cylinder by separating a needle from a seat, and a blow-by gas treating device that recirculates blow-by gas from a crankcase to an intake passage. The control device executes a suction process of suctioning gas in the cylinder into an injection hole of the direct injection valve when the blow-by gas is being recirculated by the blow-by gas processing device.

Fuel injection control device for internal combustion engine

An internal combustion engine includes an injector for injecting gaseous fuel and an inflow passage. The injector includes a nozzle hole configured to inject gaseous fuel, a nozzle valve configured to open and close the nozzle hole, and a seat surface on which the nozzle valve is seated. An inflow passage for conducting blow-by gas in a crankcase into the nozzle hole.

Internal combustion engine

A gaseous fuel supply device includes processing circuitry configured to control a direct injection valve and a shut-off valve. The processing circuitry determines an energization time for the direct injection valve based on a pressure of gaseous fuel supplied from a supply passage to the direct injection valve. When a temperature of the direct injection valve becomes greater than a temperature determination value, the processing circuitry starts an opening-closing process that repeatedly switches the shut-off valve between a closed state and an open state. The opening-closing process is a process that brings the shut-off valve into the closed state when the pressure of the gaseous fuel supplied to the direct injection valve is greater than a pressure lower limit value and brings the shut-off valve into the open state when the pressure of the gaseous fuel becomes less than or equal to the pressure lower limit value.

Gaseous fuel supply device

A fuel supply device includes a fuel injection valve, a delivery pipe, a relief passage, a first valve, and a second valve. The fuel injection valve injects gas fuel. The delivery pipe supplies the gas fuel to the fuel injection valve. The relief passage connects an intake passage of an internal combustion engine and the delivery pipe. The first valve is configured to supply the gas fuel in the delivery pipe to the relief passage. The second valve is arranged in the relief passage. The second valve opens when a downstream pressure becomes lower than an upstream pressure by an amount that is greater than or equal to a specified pressure determined in advance.
