The terminal is connected with a print label producing apparatus using a template t, and with a server configured to store a plurality of language versions of mutually different language types for the template. The terminal comprises a display device, the control device, and a memory. The steps comprises a language selection receiving step for receiving a selection of at least one language type, a downloading step for downloading from the server at least one template that contains the language version of the language type, a combined file generating step for generating a combined file that combines a plurality of language versions using mutually different language types into a single file, and a storing step for storing the combined file in the memory.

A method for transferring a package of files that is executed by a personal computer, the package of files being made up of plural compressed files that are separately present therein. An automatic file transfer system includes a personal computer and one or more printers. The automatic file transfer system includes a transfer folder capable of containing one or more files, wherein, when the personal computer recognizes, through plug-and-play, that a printer among the one or more printers which are connected to the personal computer is powered on, if the printer currently recognized is a transfer-target printer, the personal computer executes in a repetitive manner, for the printer currently recognized, processes of: (i) determining whether or not a new file is moved into the transfer folder; and (ii) transferring, if it is determined that a new file is moved into the transfer folder, the new file to the printer currently recognized.

A portrait drawing apparatus having a facial part data table comprising data about the correspondence of component facial parts of portraits to different facial expressions. When it is desired to modify the previously drawn portrait of the same person with a different facial expression, the facial parts corresponding to the desired facial expression are determined to replace the applicable old facial parts. Substituting the newly selected facial parts for the old allows the portrait with the designated facial expression to be drawn with ease.
