The disclosure is directed to an automated disinfection system for a CT patient table, where the automated disinfection system for a CT patient table includes: a disinfection mechanism disposed above the CT patient table; a detection mechanism, disposed on the disinfection mechanism and configured to detect a position of the CT patient table; and a control mechanism, configured to communicate with the disinfection mechanism by using a communication interface, so as to control start/stop and operation of the disinfection mechanism, where the disinfection mechanism is configured to perform horizontal movement and vertical movement during scanning gaps of a plurality of patients, so as to disinfect a use surface of the CT patient table. The disclosure enables rapid and automated disinfection on the use surface of the CT patient table during scanning gaps of a plurality of patients, thereby reducing a risk of cross-infection and saving manpower.

Methods and apparatuses are disclosed for enhancement to an internet protocol (IP) multimedia subsystem (IMS). According to an embodiment, an application server (AS) of the IMS receives from a terminal device a first request for initiating a call service and an internet service which are to be integrated with each other. The AS of the IMS sends a second request for initiating the internet service to a gateway server that acts as a gateway to an internet AS capable of providing the internet service. In response to a reply from the gateway server, the AS of the IMS handles the first request based on the reply.

The decode time of big frames may be reduced by starting big frame decoding much earlier than normal decoding order. In a multi-threaded decoder, decoding one frame can be divided into several stages and stages of different frames can run in parallel like a pipeline. The first stage may be the token parser which is the most time consuming among all the stages because it is sensitive to bitstream size. If one or more stages of big frame decoding can be done much earlier than normal decoding order, the decode time spent exclusively on the big frame (not including the time shared with other frame decoding) may be much less in some embodiments. In this way, big frame decoding time may be reduced and in addition, depending on how big the big frame is, the decoder control can control how early to start decoding, so that frame drops caused by big frames can be reduced or eliminated.
