A cassette and a substrate transfer device are disclosed. The cassette includes a first frame and at least one movable face. The first frame includes at least one set of first guide rails; and the movable face is disposed in the first frame. The movable face is configured to be capable of being driven to slide along the first guide rails, and is configured to be capable of being fixed on the first frame.
