A display device may include a pixel that includes a first transistor, a second transistor including a gate electrode coupled to a first scan line, and first and second electrodes, a third transistor including a gate electrode coupled to a second scan line, and first and second electrodes, a fourth transistor including a gate electrode coupled to a third scan line, and first and second electrodes, a fifth transistor including a gate electrode coupled to a fourth scan line, and first and second electrodes, a sixth transistor including a gate electrode coupled to a fifth scan line, and first and second electrodes, and a first capacitor. The display device may be, during a first period of a frame period, to concurrently apply a turn-on level scan signal to the third scan line, and apply turn-off level scan signals to the first, second, fourth and fifth scan lines.

Display device compensating for deterioration of a pixel using an external compensation technology

A pixel includes a light emitting element, a driving transistor having an electrode electrically connected to an anode electrode of the light emitting element and another electrode electrically connected to a first power source, and controlling a current flowing from the first power source to a second power source, a first transistor electrically connected between a gate electrode of the driving transistor and a reference power source, a second transistor electrically connected between the anode electrode and an initialization power source, a third transistor electrically connected between the gate electrode and a data line, and a fourth transistor and a fifth transistor electrically connected in parallel between the first power source and the another electrode. The fourth transistor compensates a threshold voltage of the driving transistor during a compensation period, and the fifth transistor is turned so that the current is controlled during an emission period.

Pixel, display device including the same, and driving method thereof

A display device includes pixels electrically connected to first scan lines, second scan lines, and emission lines, a first scan driver that applies first scan signals to the first scan lines, a second scan driver that applies second scan signals to the second scan lines, an emission control driver that applies emission signals to the emission lines, and a power supply that generates and outputs a first high voltage and a second high voltage. The second scan driver receives the first high voltage. The first scan driver and the emission control driver share the second high voltage.

Display device

A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area, a reference voltage supply line disposed in the non-display area and transmitting a reference voltage, and a driving voltage supply line disposed in the non-display area and transmitting a driving voltage. The reference voltage supply line includes a straight line part extending in a first direction and a curved line part extending from the straight line part to be bent, and the curved line part of the reference voltage supply line is disposed along a periphery of the display area.

A stage circuit includes a first substage circuit unit connected to first through third input terminals receiving a start signal, a first clock signal, and a second clock signal, respectively. The first substage circuit unit generates first and second operation signals based on the start signal and the first and second clock signals, and supplies a first scan signal to a first output terminal based on the first and second operation signals. The stage circuit further includes a second substage circuit unit connected to the third input terminal and a fourth input terminal receiving a third clock signal. The first and second scan signals include a pulse of a low voltage level and a high voltage level, respectively.

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display includes: a display area comprising a plurality of pixel rows configured to emit light in response to a light emission signal; a light emission signal generator at the periphery of the display area, and including a plurality of light emission signal stages connected to the plurality of pixel rows; and a first high voltage transmission line and a second high voltage transmission line connected to the light emission signal generator, wherein the first high voltage transmission line is connected to a plurality of odd-numbered light emission signal stages among the plurality of light emission signal stages, and the second high voltage transmission line is connected to a plurality of even-numbered light emission signal stages among the plurality of light emission signal stages.

Organic light emitting diode display device

A display device includes the following elements: a light emitting diode; a first transistor including a drain electrode, a source electrode, and a gate electrode, the drain electrode being connected to the light emitting diode; a second transistor connected between a data line and the source electrode; a third transistor connected between the drain electrode and the gate electrode; and a fourth transistor connected between a first initialization voltage source and the gate electrode. The third transistor is off for a first period, on for a second period immediately following the first period, and off for a third period immediately following the second period.
