The second component is rotatably connected with the first component, and the third component is rotatably connected with the second component. The speed increasing bidirectional mechanical converter realizes the direction reverse by using the speed increasing planet gear unit, which simplifies the structure, facilitates the manufacture and decreases the space it occupies and its weight. Disclosed is a wrench, which is used for wrenching a workpiece and comprises a unidirectional transmission mechanism. The unidirectional transmission mechanism comprises rollers, a first member and a second member at least partially sheathed in the first member. The first member is fixedly provided at a wrenching portion of the wrench, and the second member is used for mating with the workpiece. The directions of the rotating torque from the wrenching portion are a first direction and a second direction along the axis of rotation of the first member. With regard to one of the rotating torque of the first direction and the rotating torque of the second direction, the second member is stationary relative to the first member so as to output the rotating torque to the workpiece; and with regard to the other one thereof, the second member rotates relative to the first member without outputting the rotating torque to the workpiece. The torque of the unidirectional transmission mechanism can meet the demand of using a wrench, and at the same time, the unidirectional transmission mechanism remains silent in use and has the characteristic of wear resistance of bearings.

The present invention discloses a pair of adjustable pliers, comprising a first handle and a second handle, both of which have a gripping part arranged at a front end thereof, the two gripping parts forming a jaw span, the first handle and the second handle being arranged in an intersectional manner and relatively fixed via a connecting mechanism, wherein the second handle has an elongated rack slot at a position of the connecting mechanism, and the rack slot is provided with a toothed rack on an inner side part thereof. The connecting mechanism comprises a positioning snap piece arranged inside the rack slot and a link mechanism connected with the positioning snap piece, the positioning snap piece has lateral teeth which are engaged with the toothed rack on the rack slot, the link mechanism is provided to drive the positioning snap piece to rotate and disengage the lateral teeth on the positioning snap piece from the toothed rack. Thus the first handle can move relative to the second handle along the rack slot through the movement of the connecting mechanism. The link mechanism comprises a trigger shaft connected with the positioning snap piece, and the trigger shaft has a trigger part thereon. The present invention has the advantages that the right handle can be directly pushed to achieve the quick one-way adjustment, which is convenient and saves effort compared to the ordinary water pump pliers that need two-handed adjustment.
