Disclosed is a LED grow light with a cold light source, including a cold light source body fixed on a lamp support of a HID lamp, and an electronic ballast and two wiring lamp holders are arranged on the lamp support. The cold light source body includes a cold light source and a heat sink, and the heat sink includes a housing and side cover plates located at both ends of the housing. Heat dissipation channels are formed in the housing, and a plurality of heat dissipation fins are arranged on the housing. An end cover is installed at an input welding spot, screw holes are machined at the top of the housing, each screw hole is connected to a screw rod that penetrates through the fixed support and is fastened and connected by means of a screw, and the fixed support is further connected to the lamp support.

The quantum dot enhancement film includes an optical film, a perovskite quantum sphere molecule which is coated on an optical film and includes a nano-scale spheres doped with perovskite quantum dots, perovskite quantum dots are combined through a chemical bond and doped on a surface of the nano-scale spheres. By the above means, the stability of the quantum dot enhancement film is enhanced. In addition, the quantum dot enhancement film adopting the perovskite quantum sphere has high quantum efficiencies and color gamut, greatly improving the display effect.

The present invention provides a color filter film manufacturing method and a color filer film. The color filter film manufacturing method of the present invention includes forming transparent photoresist layers in blue sub-pixel zones and forming first and second recesses respectively in red and green sub-pixel zones and subjecting bottoms thereof to a treatment for hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity. The difference of hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity between the bottoms of the first and second recesses and a surface of the photoresist layer, in combination with altitude differences, makes the red and green quantum dot materials to respectively form red and green quantum dot layers in the first and second recesses through autonomous flowing. The red and green quantum dot layers are excited by blue backlight source to respectively emit red light and green light, while the blue backlight source directly transmits through the transparent photoresist layers to give off blue light thereby providing three primary colors of red, green, and blue to achieve color displaying, increasing utilization of quantum dots, the effect of autonomous flowing of the quantum dot paste being made better for higher resolution and denser arrangement of pixels, and thus, making it better suitable for manufacture of high-resolution panels than ink-jet printing techniques.

The quantum dot tube comprises an inner tube (), an outer tube (), optical fibers (), LED light source (), sealing glue () and quantum dots (); the LED light source () is blue LED light source; the cladding is removed from the optical fiber (). The quantum dot tube reduces the heat impact of the LED light source on the quantum dots so as to improve the lifespan and the efficiency of the quantum dots; and by sealing inner and outer tubes, the amount of quantum dots is reduced to reduce the cost. The LCD of the invention comprises a backlight module and a liquid crystal panel, the backlight module use the quantum dot tube to provide light, to improve the lifespan and efficiency of the quantum dots as well as reduce cost and improve the LCD gamut.
